This complex is horseshoe shaped facing unto the sea. It has plenty of green space and 2 pools one of which is ideal for small children. The back gate opens unto the promenade and down to the beach (there is a small playground here). El cortes ingles is about 5 minutes walk as are many other shops and literally hundreds of restaurants. While the location is central a 5 minute walk to the marina it is still a very quiet apartment as it faces over the pool. The tiled Patio has a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Directly across the road is a small tennis club and there are many golf clubs in the area. Also a 24 hour shop and garage beside the motorway. The entrance has 24 hour security. If you don’t want to tour too far or drive a Pick up service from Malaga can also be arranged. The bus stop for the very efficient local bus service is very close by.Our local caretaker is available to greet you on arrival, give you keys and show you the parking space, access codes and how everything works.

The apartment complex is easily located from the E15 motorway about a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport. it is a very direct route and easy to navigate even if its your first time driving abroad. This gives easy access up and down the coast to Marbella, Gibralta, etc you'll be on the motorway from the garage in 5 minutes. Ronda and the white villages are about an hours drive away. A little further but worth the trip is a day trip to Africa or an overnight to Granada or Seville. The bus service is also very efficient and runs frequently so short trips to Marbella, San Pedro or Estepona can easily be made. The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes walk away. Their is a nice water taxi service into Marbella from the Marina if you want a change with lots of conventional taxis available all around the area. There are also many organised day trips available locally for those who want to travel without the hassle. Bus tours to Cadiz north Africa etc.

Notes: Sun beds are available around the pool and beach towels are provided. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the pool. There is a lift from the parking in the basement but there are 3 steps outside the front door. The apartment opens unto a lush indoor garden. One of the twin bedrooms opens unto this also. The other two bedrooms open unto the patio. One of which has a king-size bed and an en-suite. The other has a double and a single. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a cooler box for picnics. There is a huge food market on the ground floor of cortes ingles with a great range from basics to gourmet delights. There are also several takeaways within walking distance when you want a night in. A couple of beach bars and restaurants directly behind on the beach. Not to mention 24hr supplies at the local garage. Freshly baked bread, cooked chicken not to mention wine and water.

great location, first rate facilities

I have stayed here twice and will be returning again this year. This is a spacious and luxurious apartment with every facility you can think of in a fantastic location. I couldn't find any fault with the apartment. It is spotlessly clean and the welcome pack left to greet you when you arrive is a lovely touch. It is very family friendly with cot, highchair etc. Everything is just a walk away and there is loads to do in the area. It really is a home from home. Many thanks to Dave for his excellent service - a pleasure to deal with.
