Lovely Family Apartment

I have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment with my husband & 2 children and were VERY HAPPY with it.
Firstly let me start by saying the owner of this apartment was lovely. Karen answered all of my question and always reply's to emails quickly plus all of the info she provided is very accurate ie the directions to the property are spot on!
We arrived late (10.30pm) this did worry us a little just in case we had a problem, but the keys were waiting, plenty of parking, and were even provided with a bottle of water, a carton of milk, and sashays of coffee and sugar which was just what the doctor ordered!
We were aware that another family had left that same day-but you never would have known as the place was absolutely spotless. Both bathrooms and w.c had lovely fluffy towels, toilet roll and handwash. You may think all this would be expected as standard but believe me this is NOT always the case!
The apartment seems quite new and is fitted-out to a high standard, it also over looks the gardens and pool which very nice.
Unfortunately for us the weather was not as warn as it has been in previous years at this same time, it was also quite windy at which made it feel rather chilly. My husband and I spent our first day being nagged by our children to go in the pool and although we knew this wasn't the best I idea we took them down the next day needless to say they did last long and they didn't ask again!
Due to this there wasn't many people around, although; like us I did see other people try and brave it once or twice and all gave up rather quickly! lol But I got the impression that if the weather was better then this wouldn't be the case. Plus we'd see the men cleaning out the pool every morning and putting out loungers for the day.
The nights would get a little cold but all there was extra blankets (enough to cover all the beds)
The property agent in Spain was also very good, we had to call them due to a problem with a door. She was very honest and said that she would probably not be able to get someone out the same day, but about an hour later a maintenance man turned up a had it sorted in no time. Plus there is an out of office number which IS answered.
I'll end by saying although you don't need a car I would recommend it as it just makes getting around so much easier.

A LOVELY APARTMENT AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE .
