Our fabulous three bedroom apartment is a 10 minute drive from Puerto Banus and is situated on the highly desirable location of La Quinta. There are fabulous views to the sea from the two large sun terraces that face south and west so that you have the sun all day. The roof terrace is stunning. We have high quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences that you could wish for. The air conditioning will keep you cool in summer. Our community is gated and our apartment is just a few steps from the communal pool and separate children’s' pool. You have access to the other amenities on La Quinta including 5* hotel and 27 hole golf course. The master bedroom features king sized bed, satellite TV, dressing area , luxury ensuite and access to the roof terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and wardrobe space. The kitchen has all amenities including dishwasher and there is a separate utility area with washer and dryer. The lounge has leather sofas, and opens onto the terrace

La Quinta is situated some 10 minutes drive north of Puerto Banus, home of the rich and famous and with its fabulous port. La Quinta is also close to San Pedro where you will find many shops and restaurants. Marbella itself is around 15 minutes drive away. La Quinta has easy access to the motorway thus enabling quick access to both Malaga and Gibraltar airports (both around 40 minutes away). The fantastic La Canada shopping centre is around 15 minutes away. The scenic town of Benahavis is also close. La Quinta itself is an exclusive and established development with extensive facilities including a 27 hole golf course. The clubhouse has a restaurant with fabulous views where you can have a long lunch. Supermarkets for shopping are very close.
