Golf Information: This apartment is located in the Golf Valley within a short stroll of Los Naranjos Golf Course. This is a Robert Trent-Jones designed parkland course, sculpted out of the Nueva Andalucian landscape. Other golf courses located within one mile include, Aloha, Las Brises, La Quinta. Aptly named the Costa Golf, there are over 40 golf courses within a one hour drive.

Puerto Banus: If golf is not your bag, take a short drive to the Port! Puerto Banus, home of the posers, the rich and the famous has a wonderful marina, with a multitude of restaurants, shops, bars and night-clubs for all tastes. Shop in El Corte Inglis which sells everything from televisions to lobsters. There are also many exclusive designer boutiques. Nearby towns include San Pedro, Estepona and the typical Spanish villages of Ben Havis and Ronda. If you wish to drive further, then visit the beautiful historic old town of Sevilla, which is less than two hours away. Gibraltar is also within easy reach, but watch out for monkeys!

Airport: The apartment is located less than one hour from Malaga Airport. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged. The apartment can be accessed without a car. Take a coach from Airport to Marbella Bus Station and take a taxi to the apartment. From the apartment it is easy to get a taxi to Puerto Banus.

I've stayed in a number of properties in Andalucia in my capacity as a travel writer for the Irish Independent over the last few years, and this apartment overlooking Los Naranjos has provided me with one of my most relaxing trips yet!
It is just a few minutes removed from the people-watching haven of Puerto Banus, and its brilliant shopping facilities, but is set in beautifully-landscaped gardens where the peace and quiet is broken only by birdsong and the occasional 'thwack' of a ball on the adjoining golf course!
The two swimming pools are well-maintained and fringed by exotic flowering bushes and palm trees - we didn't ever feel the need to visit the beaches at Marbella or San Pedro, even though they are relatively nearby.
Despite the rural location, we were really pleased to find a number of excellent restaurants in the village nearby - the owners of the apartment have thoughtfully put together a DIY review book, detailing all of their frequent dining experiences in the area and they encourage visitors to do the same; the book is updated every year! La Campana (named after the local village) is a worthy favourite.
The apartment proved an excellent base for us to travel to Old Town Marbella (dinner in one of the bistros in the winding cobbled streets around Patio de los Naranjos is a must) - but it also is very near the main highways to Grenada and Seville for day trips.
We have stayed in this apartment three times now - once with a couple of friends and their baby - it is very spacious, and stays cool in the summer. It has everything you might need, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen, satellite TV (in the unlikely event you might want to stay in!), DVD player, sound system, books, huge balcony with dining table for al fresco meals and a really lovely, airy living area with giant couches.

The apartment was very good with all the facilities we required.
It was in very good condition and well maintaned and was furnished to a high standard with plenty of linen and household utensils, pots,pans,glasses etc.
The location is excellent with views of the mountains and the sea looking over the golf course. We also felt very safe and secure wher eve we went in the area.

The area is well supplied with excellent restaurants in all price ranges,five Golf courses in the immediate area, a bowls club and plenty of night life in the port.

For golfers, sun lovers, walkers, gastranomes.

This is a well appointed, comfortable, high end apt. The location is quiet and peaceful. The gardens are lovely and there are two swimming pools. I never saw more than 6 or 8 people at either of the pools at any one time, and we usually had one to ourselves. It is never noisey at night. Los Naranjos is a fine golf course, on the doorstep, and many others are close by. The Los Naranjos clubhouse offers good food and a bar within easy walking distance. For a choice of restaurants , bars, etc. you will require transport (taxis are easily available, but I recommend a hire car). And what a choice there is. From the bling and vulgar glitz of Puerto Banus and The Golden Mile to many quieter better value establishments in Estopona, San Pedro, etc. There is a restaurant review book in the apt. which has been compiled by many guests giving details of their dining experiences.
I have stayed there several times, will stay there again, and have recommended this apt. to friends.

Unwind in tranquil setting

Hard to believe the 2 weeks had slipped by so quickly. A perfect setting for a holiday filled full of relaxation. From breakfeast on the balcony with its beautiful view of the golf course to lounging by the pool reading and swimming to cool off. Just fantastic. The apartment designed to a high specification with spacious and comfortable accomodation. Hard to beat really, a holiday to treasure. Ideal location for touring the Andulacian countryside and evening trips to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Joe And Jennifer.

Excellent apartment with ample space for 4 adults. Well fitted out with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely views of the golf course from the spacious balcony. Very good swimming pools in the complex close to the apartment. Great setting - away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus but still just a 5 min taxi ride to the port. Very good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. Recommended.
