Lorcrimar IV is ideally located just a short stroll from the beach and internationally renowned Puerto Banus which has a wide range of restaurants, night life, boutiques, yachts, beaches, bars, supermarkets and shops. The complex is very secure with security door access, security shutters to the windows and a video entry phone system. There is a reserved parking space in the secure car park, the apartments are situated on the 2nd and ground floor. The huge terraces are ideal for dining on warm summer evenings, or sipping drinks whilst enjoying the stunning views over the communal free form pools, illuminated tropical landscaped gardens and over to the mountains.

For families there’s the fantastic Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park of 1 million square metres just a short drive away and there is also a theme park and water park to the east of Marbella. The complex is also very close to ‘Golf Valley with several spectacular golf courses within a short drive and over 40 courses less than an hours drive away. ‘Anyone for Tennis?’ - the International Tennis Club is adjacent to Lorcrimar IV. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just 2 hours drive as are the historic cities of Granada and Seville.
