Luxury beachfront development set in beautiful, tropical landscaped gardens with adult and children pools and less than 5 mins stroll from The Marina, shops and restaurants. For golf enthusiasts you are situated in the heart of the 'Costa del Golf'. All apartments have 2 bathrooms with showers, a large living room, with TV/Video with Satellite (UK digital channels + Sky News) and hi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (except 3 bed). Each balcony has a table and chairs. All linen and towels, including beach towels are provided. In addition all supplies of tea/coffee & sugar plus dishwasher and washing tablets are supplied. Every bedroom has a hairdryer. Weekly cleaning & linen change provided. Parking space for each apartment, although a car isn't necessary as you are so close to all amenities, unless you want to play golf or to do site seeing. There are plenty of lifts to all floors + 24 hour security.

West facing, ground floor, spacious apartment with a large terrace with table and chairs with cushions and drinks trolley. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twins and a further bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen with combination microwave oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and plentiful supplies cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Utility Room with sink and washing machine. Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes (with plenty of hangers!) and a hairdryer. The spacious Living Room provides TV/Video/DVD player, plus UK Digital Channels and hi-fi. All linen & towels, including beach towels, are provided. In addition to a comprehensive welcome pack (not provided Nov-Mar) we supply all tea, coffee, sugar, loo rolls, dishwasher & washing machine tablets throughout the stay. There are plenty of lifts to all floors, an allocated parking space in the secure underground car park and 24 hour security.

Puerto Banus lies about 60 kilometres west of Malaga towards Gibralter. It is a beautiful location with a backdrop of mountains and safe, sandy beaches. It has one of the most famous Marina's in the world, with some magnificent yachts and ocean going vessels located here. People watching is a great pastime whilst sitting in one of the many water front bars or restaurants. When it comes to shopping you have a wide choice, from designer shops to those with a more limited budget! The major department store of Spain, El Corte Ingles, is less than 5 minutes walk away with it's huge ground floor hypermarket. You are situated in the heart of the 'Costa del Golf', with a vast choice of courses within a few kilometres. Ronda is a famous mountain town, steeped in history and less than an hour away.
