This Luxury Penthouse Apartment is situated in a privileged and tranquil location overlooking the first 9 holes. Nestled at the foot of the impressive Sierra Blanca mountains Los Arqueros, designed by internationally acclaimed golfer Seve Ballesteros boasts a championship 18 hole golf course. This beautifully furnished apartment has a lounge dinning room with screen TV and Sky Package, with double patio doors leading to the balcony and spacious roof solarium. The fully fitted kitchen houses all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer from Bosch in laundry area. Master Bedroom with twin beds (can be made into double) also benefits from patio doors leading to the balcony, with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and patio doors. The balcony and roof solarium are furnished for alfresco dining with BBQ, table, chairs, sun loungers for relaxing enjoying early evening drinks. Hot and cold air.

A big thankyou for the use of your apartment, it was a very enjoyable holiday for all concerned even if the golf was quite hard some of the time.

Just a quick note to say thank you. We have just returned from Los Arqueros and I am struggling to get back into the swing of things at work - so much more fast paced than our week in the Penthouse. The apartment was perfect - home from home - you really have thought of everything. We enjoyed many a morning have breakfast on the solarium following by a wonderful barbeque in the evening. the weather , food and wine was just fantastic

Lovely Apartment but.....

This is a very nice apartment with lovely veiws of the golf course however the company who manage this are the most untrustworthy I have ever dealt with. Don't expect them to respond to complaints either. won't use this again even if you paid me to.
