Beautiful Holiday - La Quinta Apartment

The apartment description didn't prepare us for the stunning penthouse palace we arrived at in the beautiful golf complex of La Quinta. Clean, spacious and tidy, with every modern facility you could possibly need, the word luxury was met over and over again. Set in idyllic mountain hills with views for miles over freshly kept golf greens, the peace and quiet of the apartment was overwhelming. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Shops, beach and nightlife within a 5 minute drive, and traditional, cultural towns within an hour.
A golfer's dream, we were surrounded by manicured lawns and golf tees. The apartment offered picturesque views stretching to the sea and we had many bbqs on the terrace watching the sun disappear behind the mountains. The local amenities enabled us to pop to the shop for last minute essentials, and the local restaurants and takeaway services were perfect.
We also spent many days in the tropical garden, leisurely swimming and sun bathing while looking out over the hills. It was perfect and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone, of any age with or without children. I would say, a car is an essential as you are tucked away in the hills form the hustle and bustle, but it means there isn't a lot within walking distance.
The neighbours and locals were friendly and helpful and there was always someone on hand if we required anything. The owner made us feel very welcome and ensured our every need was met with the highest efficiency.
