The penthouse is situated in the La Finca Community front phase and recognized to be the best location on Los Arqueros in terms of position/views with no road in front and the closest Community ( just a short 3 minute walk) to the excellent and wonderfully appointed Club House offering food and refreshments all day long 365 days a year.
The Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club is ideally situated a few kilometres from the small intimate town of San Pedro, closeby to the famous port of Puerto Banus with its celebrated shopping, restaurants and night life and a 15 minute drive to the delightful town of Marbella with its animation, shops and marvellous beach facilities.
Further afield the town of Ronda and the cities of Malaga, Cadiz, Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba are a must for visitors to the area and all can reached within a day trip.
The Golf Club also has tennis and racquetball courts, fitness centre/sauna and a secure children's playground area just opposite the Club House
Golf:
Los Arqueros offers a challenging and scenic 18 hole /par 72 course together with driving range and pitching and putting practice areas plus two resident professionals. In the immediate surroundings there are numerous other golf courses including La Quinta, Gudalmina, Los Narranjos, Los Flamingos etc.
Booking Terms:
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the reservation with the remaining balance to be paid latest 2 months prior to occupancy. Late accepted bookings made within 2 months of occupancy are to be paid immediately.
Cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to occupancy will be reimbursed at 50% of the fee but no reimbursement will be made for any cancellation within the 4 week period prior to occupancy
Golf:
Apartment is 3 minute walk to the Los Arqueros Clubhouse where weekly green fees can be obtained or tickets of 10 green fees at discount rate. Course is challenging, punishing to wayward long hitters but rewarding to technical golfers and those applying course management skills. The golf course views are magnificent and with stunning vistas particularly on the current back nine.
In immediate vicinity there are golf courses at La Quinta, Atalaya, Guadalmina, El Paraiso and Monte Mayor; a few kilometres further are Rio Real ,Santa Clara, Santa Maria and Cabopino not to mention the 3 great courses in Golf Valley namely Aloha, Los Naronjos and Las Brisas about 10 minute drive away.
