'La Cartuja' is a fabulous 'gated' community with 24 hrs security and private secure parking. The Penthouse apartment is a corner apartment on the first floor overlooking one of the pools. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms the apartment extends to approx. 2,000sq ft and has a fabulous roof terrace. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and its own sun terrace, The other 2 bedrooms are well furnished with plenty of robe space. The extensive Lounge and Dining room are well furnished, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, and there is also a large sun terrace here with adequate space for outdoor dining. Sky Sat. TV, DVD, stereo/CD/Tape player are here. Kitchen is fully equipped for all self catering needs and includes dishwasher. air conditioning is available please apply.Upstairs is the large roof terrace, private sunbathing area overlooking the pool to keep the kids in view. Dining table and chairs + BBQ. The Utility area and washing machine are also here.

Superb Spanish retreat!

After a short drive (around 35 mins) from Malaga Airport, we arrived at the La Cartuja complex and our first impressions were above all expectations.

The spacious penthouse apartment was in immaculate condition, obviously very well looked after and we immediatly felt at home. The icing on the cake was the large, private roof terrace with exceptional views over the Spanish countryside.

The secure grounds were very well maintained and we found each of the 3 large pools to be very clean with plenty of space to relax and soak up the rays!

Overall we were very impressed, and with such great value for money we cannot wait until our next trip to La Cartuja!

Excellent property, what you see on the pictures is what you get.
Very Spacious and well maintained.
Great location for all the golf courses.

Benavista has a variety of resturants and bars 5 mins taxi ride away, further afield the beaches of marbella and estopona are less than 30 minutes away.
