Luxury penthouse apartment with a superb large sunny terrace with stunning mountain and sea views. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is equipped solid marble floors, electric shutters, halogen down lighters, power showers and hot/cold ducted air-conditioning. There is a good-sized master bedroom with marble-finished ensuite and dressing area. The ensuite has a bath and separate hydro-massage shower unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have infra-red heat lamps for the winter months and natural light. The kitchen is furnished with all new appliances and has a laundry terrace opening from it. There is a large living/dining area which opens on to a 30m2 sunny terrace overlooking the pool, mountains and sea. The terrace is equipped for comfortable al fresco dining and there are two sun loungers for those who wish to relax in the sun.

Golfer´s Paradise

There are more than 60 golf courses to choose from along the Costa del Sol. The apartment is situated near Atalaya Park, Aloha, Monte Mayor, San Roque Club, Los Naranjos, Los Flamingos Golf, Almenara Golf, Santa Clara, Rio Real, Cabo Pino, La Quinta Golf, Alcaidesa Links, El Paraiso, Miraflores Golf, Los Arqueros, La Duquesa Golf, La Canada Golf, Estepona Golf to name a few!

Kids activities

Close by are San Pedro, Benhavis, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Just off the N340 highway, close to Estepona lies one of the world's most unique nature parks, by the name of Selwo. The park is based on the African safari park idea and houses 2000 animals in semi-wild conditions. There is also a marina. Gibraltar, its only 40 minutes drive and is full of interesting things to do. You can go up the Rock for the views and the apes or visit the incredible caves dug by the military. One of the little known pleasures is the Dolphin Safaris running out of Gibraltar Marina. They are excellent value for money. The boat trips are relatively inexpensive and you'll always get a result with the Dolphins. In fact if you don't see one you get your money back ! There is a great kid's water park near Fuengirola.

Beach and Day Trips

Catch the mountain train up to Ronda. You travel on a single line track designed by a British Engineer 102 years ago. There are many little villages en route, with their delightful Victorian stations. The views as you climb throughout he mountains are truly stunning, an ever-changing landscape of lakes, waterfalls and cork forests. Visit the famous Puerto Banus port and sample the life-style of the rich and famous. Just a few minutes drive from the apartment is Laguna Beach a stylish beach resort and small shopping complex. Spend the day relaxing by a pool on the beach in luxurious white surrounds, sipping chic cocktails. A new rival for Nikki's Beach. A great day out is to visit Tarifa, a wonderfully interesting walled town full of shops, cafes and boutiques, then have lunch on one of the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Costa de La Luz famous for its kite surfing.

Golf Information:

Our apartment has fantastic views from the terrace over the pool and you can see the surrounging mountains and the sea. Also its location is superb, being only a few minutes drive away from many of the beautiful, well-established golf courses on this part of the coast; Atalaya Park, Paraiso Golf, Los Arqueros, Los Naranjos, Flamingos, Monte Mayor, Estepona Golf, Santa Clara Golf, Marbella Golf, Cabopino, Rio Real, Santa Maria and La Duquesa to name but a few. Atalaya Park is composed of two 18 hole par 72 courses, the Old Course and the New Course. The condition of both courses is excellent, with beautifully manicured fairways and greens. El Paraiso Opened in 1973, it is one of the oldest established courses on the Costa del Sol. Located between Estepona and San Pedro, El Paraiso offers beautiful mountain views as well as an exciting round of golf. Set amongst the Ronda hills, Los Arqueros is just a short drive from San Pedro de Alcantara and Puerto Banus and has lovely scenic views all the way down to the Mediterranean. This is one of the most tranquil and stunning settings to be found on the coast. It was the first Costa del Sol course designed by Seve Ballesteros and opened in 1991. Located near Marbella and Puerto Banus, Los Naranjos opened in 1977. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. who considered it one of his best designs. The course has hosted many championships including the Spanish PGA Championship
