Enclosed Private garden, lower ground very large games room table tennis etc with sofa bed, shower and dressing room. Communal gardens with large swimming pool, swings, football nets.

The property is situated in a residential area a short walk away from local amenities restaurants pubs etc. It is elevated position and has views to the mountains and the sea. It is a 10 mins drive to Puerto Banus ; 15 mins to Marbella in one direction and 15 mins to Estepona in the other direction. There are fabulous beaches nearby. A large sandy beach at San Pedro which is either a 30 min walk or a 5 min drive. The beaches all along the coast are excellent and range from sandy small coves to much larger beaches. The property is centrally located for 10 plus great golf courses all within 20 minutes or less.
