Photos and Description of this Golden Mile holiday villa La Niña, ideally located between Marbella and Puerto Bañus. 4 bedrooms/3 baths

The villa is situated between the centre of Marbella (about 5km) and the port of José Bañus. The sea front is 500 m away. From its situation on a small hillside there is a view of the sea. It is in a very quiet area. The road leading to the villa serves only the neighbouring villas and traffic is minimal. The nearest shops are about 1.5 km away and include a supermarket, department stores, boutiques and petrol service station. The garden covers 2400 m². It is maintained all year round and is totally enclosed by a hedge. There is parking space for three cars within the property. The garden and pool are for the exclusive use of the tenants of the villa. Inside there is a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms (3 with twin beds and one with a double bed) each with built-in cupboard, a bathroom with toilet and two shower rooms with toilet.
