Luxury, designer-furnished 3 bedroom villa
Luxury 3 bed, 4 bath villa on the Santa Clara golf course, Marbella. The villa is finished to a very high standard with marble floors throughout, a/c, f/f kitchen. All bedrooms are ensuite, there is a separate dining room which seats up to six, the living room, which opens out on to the patio, is equipped with sky TV, DVD and stereo. The villa has its own garden with BBQ and sun lounger’s, with sea, golf and mountain views. There are also two communal pools on the complex. All amenities are within a 5 min drive including shops, restaurants and bars. Marbella town is a 5 minute drive away, full of designer stores and fabulous restaurants. A further 10 min will bring you to the millionaire’s marina of Puerto Banus. The beach is 5 min away and considered the best in the Costa del Sol from where you can view the rock of Gibraltar and across the sea to Africa. Nearby is the town of Elviria with a full range of restaurants and shops.

Villa Francesca is in a prominent position on the Santa Clara golf course. As well as presenting a true golfing challenge for players of all levels, this magnificent club offers a range of facilities. These include an excellent pro-shop and an open terrace to watch play. The fully air conditioned interior has a large relaxing environment where you can enjoy a drink, an informal snack or excellent dining. Santa Clara is just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, which is conveniently served by a range of airlines including BA, EasyJet, flybe, Monarch and Iberia. There are many car rental companies to choose from with keen price competition. The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away and is part of the 23km sandy cove, which surrounds Marbella. From here there are outstanding views of the Rock of Gibraltar and across the Mediterranean to North Africa. The town of Elviria is close by with a full range of shops and restaurants.
