This large villa is set in beautiful gardens, has a great swimming pool and even boasts its own outdoor pavillion. In the house, the main bedroom even has it's own jacuzzi! All the rooms are large and decorated to a good standard. The gardens provide many sunny spots to sunbathe in ... or why not lay next to the pool! If you prefer a bit of shade, then the pavillion provides a great place to hide away, or for elegant dinning alongside the pool. This house is very tastefully presented - the kitchen is spacious and the lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The villa is an ideal location for those who enjoy their own space and privacy but also like to be able to walk to the bustling night life of Puerto Banus (less than ten minutes walk) with its shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches are also just a short walk away. NB. There are also stairs at the back of the villa which lead onto a private roof top solarium!

The villa is located just below the Bull ring in Nueva Andalucia and looks directly across the main road towards Puerto Banus shopping centre. The bull ring is host to a market at weekends providing both historic interest and a great shopping experience. There is a multitude of golf courses near by and of course Puerto Banus marina which is less than ten minutes walk away. Marbella is a further 8KM away and can be reached easily by bus. Puerto Banus and the world famous Marbella are both packed with history and a multitude of bars, restaurants, shopping centres and beautiful beaches. The villa provides a high quality place to stay close to the hustle and bustle of the port. A great place to stay for those who do not want far to walk for the Marbella lifestyle. . Notes: The villa is in an elevated position. There is a flight of 23 steps up to the villa and gardens from the road level. Puerto Banus is a busy place and It is possible to hear traffic. There is Sky TV installed which comes with channels 1-5. It is advisable to bring your own sky viewing card if possible which will enable you to watch the sky multi-channel package. If not, it is possible to rent an enabled viewing card for 30 euros per week. A selection of DVD movies are provided for use by the guests. German and French Satellite TV is also available. Internet access is available at EURO 70.00 per week, which also has 1Gb of download.

Tourist attractions...: Puerto Banus is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona is also worth a visit for it still remains a very Spanish town with it's many beaches, bars and restaurants. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday for both families and friends who want to be located in the centre of everything.

Car hire: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you from Malaga airport. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

Boat hire: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for a half day for upto eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Excellent location, loads of space in all rooms, reasonable on-road parking, brilliant barbecue dining area and pool - perfect for a crowd who want to enjoy the nightlife of Banus or just laze around the pool.
