Further details for the villa in Marbella area, Malaga Province (Costa del Sol), Spain

The property has not been used an awful lot over the years it has always been a happy house, and anyone that is lucky enough to go there will feel at home from the moment they go through the door. The area is very private and not full of holiday makers, however, just five minutes away is all the excitement you can handle. All the garden lights come on at night, giving a lovely green lights on all of the trees which gives the outside a lovely ambiance. The furnishing around the pool are very nice and relaxing, especially for those of you that want to stay out of the sun and enjoy a good book. The kitchen is very good size with a very large oven, perfect for the morning breakfasts. There is a gas barbeque outside for the lazy nights.

Air conditioning

I would request that all external doors are closed when Air conditioning is on and that when you retire to bed that the downstairs unit is switched off which is in the main lounge. This way all the benefits are given to the upstairs when you are sleeping...
