Covered porche with two teak tables and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, machine machine, microwave, small electrical appliances such as coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker etc. Equipped with delph and cutlery for 14 persons. The villa also offers on the ground floor, a main lounge and dinning area with chimney, TV, satellite TV, Hi-fi with CD player and a second lounge also offers a chimney, 21' TV, PlayStation 1 with games, Internet Adsl, DVD and video and a selection of 200 DVD’s for our guests to view and a collection of books in our library for you to read and exchange. Covered garage and no parking problems in entrance of villa. In the garden you will find the walk in covered heated pool, swings, slide and an exterior ping-pong table as well as a brick build BBQ.

    • Sheets and towels provided, as well as, a change of the same once a week.

    • Folding cot provided if necessary with no extra cost.
    • Bed side “baby sitter” provided with the cot.
    • Cleaning of the swimming pool.
    • Garden maintenance.

    • Toys in the house are provided for the small ones, as well as swings and a slide in the garden.

  • Form of payment: 50% on Reservation and 50% a month before you arrive to the property.

It has a four-door wardrobe and twin beds The third bedroom is decorated in cream colour with soft bamboo furniture and has wooden flooring. It is furnished with comfortable twin beds and has a spacious dressing room all in wood The main bedroom, its terracotta wax painted walls and its marble floor with a slight Egyptian motif, give the main bedroom an exotic look.
