Just a short walk from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is set on the quiet complex of Los Naranjos. On the complex of Los Naranjos there is a clubhouse with a fabulous restaurant and children´s play area. There are also tennis and paddle courts and a five-aside football pitch. The famous Manolo Santana Health Club is just around the corner. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are a 5 minute drive in each direction. The white-washed village of Istán is only 15 minutes inland. This superb luxury three bedroom town house is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom finished in white marble and comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower. The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with satellite SKY TV for English Channels, and DVD player.
