Furnished to very high interior design standards and with all the facilities and luxuries that you would expect from a first class, spacious accommodation, including air conditioning / heating, marble bathrooms and marble flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a private garden and secluded balcony (with table and chairs) and sun terrace for all year round sunbathing. 2007 was very successful, and our home was booked for most of the summer. We have numerous unsolicited emails from extremely happy visitors and we are happy to provide a copy of these for you.

Situated in the exclusive Los Naranjos complex, just a 2 minute drive (or 15 minute well-lit, level stroll) from the most fashionable resort in the Costa del Sol - Puerto Banus. The marina contains some of the most impressive yachts in the world and is surrounded by designer & fashion shops, cafes and good value restaurants, and renowned nightlife with bars, piano clubs, casinos and all night discos . The micro-climate around Marbella provides an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year (we were sunbathing on our balcony during Nov07 in 25 degree heat). Other local activities: - numerous lovely beaches, more than 50 easily accessible golf courses along the Costa del Sol, riding, walking, climbing, water sports, water parks, and the Selwo Safari Park is within a 20 minute drive. In town there is also a marine observatory, casino and a big open market by the Bull Ring in Nuevo Andalucia.

Notes: The house will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival, and all linen and towels are provided, although you will need to bring your own beach towels. The TV in the lounge is a Samsung 37' flat screen HDTV that was installed December 2007. There is now a large parasol in the garden so that you can control your sunbathing and lunch in the shade.

Thank you Ian and Debbie for the use of your lovely home for our long weekend break. I was impressed with everything - starting off with the timely responses to enquiries, good directions to your home and finally to finding your home exactly as in your photographs (beautifully decorated). The location of the property was ideal, whilst we hired a car you could have walked to Puerto Banus no problem. Thank you also for the 'spot on' recommendations for restaurants. I would be happy to return to your home and to recommend it to family/friends. Thank you.
Owner's Response: Thank you for you kind comments, and for taking the time to post them onto the website. We are delighted that you had such a good time at our house and that you enjoyed the location and closeness to Puerto Banus as well as our recommendations.

We are constantly adding items to the house for our guests to enjoy, and at Christmas whilst staying there, we bought the large plasma TV for the lounge and added the TV and new rug to bed 1. In February we added 2 more high quality sunbeds and are installing automatic garden sprinklers (for the plants & grass, not as an outside shower facility!).

We look forward to hearing from you again and hopefully some of your friends & relatives too. Thanks again.

Many thanks, Ian & Debbie! What a fabulous house. We couldn't have asked for more. Having stayed in the area for a good number of years, on and off, this was even more of a surprise than could have been hoped for! Exquisitely decorated and in a nice quiet location - everything one could wish for and at a very reasonable price too - you'll pay a lot more for a lot less in that part of the region! We will definitely be coming back to you soon!

Thank you Debbie and Ian for a fantastic holiday in your stylish townhouse. All rooms were beautifully presented and we had every facility we needed for a memorable holiday and we will certainly return in the very near future. The garden was a pleasure and the patio furniture and sun loungers of such a high standard. We found the service both proffesional and informative and have recommended friends for the summer 08 season.
