Furnished to very high interior design standards and with all the facilities and luxuries that you would expect from a first class, spacious accommodation, including air conditioning / heating, marble bathrooms and marble flooring throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In addition there is a private garden and secluded balcony (with table and chairs) and sun terrace for all year round sunbathing.

2007/8/9/10/11 were very successful, and our home was booked for most of the year. We have numerous unsolicited emails from extremely happy visitors and we are happy to provide a copy of these for you.

Situated in the exclusive Los Naranjos complex, just a 2 minute drive (or 15 minute well-lit, level stroll) from the most fashionable resort in the Costa del Sol - Puerto Banus. The marina contains some of the most impressive yachts in the world and is surrounded by designer & fashion shops, cafes and good value restaurants, and renowned nightlife with bars, piano clubs, casinos and all night discos .

The micro-climate around Marbella provides an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year (we were sunbathing on our balcony during each Xmas period for the last 5 years).

Other local activities: - numerous lovely beaches, more than 50 easily accessible golf courses along the Costa del Sol, riding, walking, climbing, water sports, water parks, and the Selwo Safari Park is within a 20 minute drive. In town there is also a marine observatory, casino and a big open market by the Bull Ring in Nuevo Andalucia.

Notes: The house will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival, and all linen and towels are provided, although you will need to bring your own beach towels. The TV in the lounge is a Samsung 37' flat screen HDTV. There is a large parasol in the secure garden, so that you can control your sunbathing and have a relaxed lunch in the shade. May 2010 we added a sofa & armchairs plus 2 more sunbeds on to the balcony for late evening drinks in the sun, where it is also sheltered from any breeze. The walk to the harbour in Puerto Banus from our development is a 15 minute stroll along a quiet, safe, well-lit and maintained boulevard. Importantly this road is also flat, unlike adjoining roads that lead up a steep hill past the Bull Ring into Nuevo Andalucia. This is especially important if you are carrying shopping or have had a drink or two!

If you are not so keen on walking, there is also a bus service into town with stops only 2-300 metres away.

There is also an excellent, new Supermercado within the development (300 metres away), that is open late and sells everything that you need, including lovely fresh meat, fish, vegetable and bread counters.

We also feel that it is the best stocked supermarket in the area (other than the Hipercor), with the best prices. Essentially, there are really good tasting wines for less than 2€ per bottle!!!

Golf:

There are over 50 golf courses within the Costa del Sol and our home is perfectly situated to reach these.

Adjacent to our development and within walking distance is the Dama de Noche course and a driving range.

In addition, within a couple of km are the lovely and prestigious Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha golf courses

Fantastic Holiday!

My husband and I and our 2 children spent 10 days in August 09 in this lovely house. I must say it was everything it said it would be and probably more. House was very clean and very well maintained. Ian & Debbie's communication with us was frequent and reassuring. No question went unanswered and their response time was quick. I have done nothing but rave to friends and relatives about this property and would definately recommend. We hired a car which was great as we visited many well known towns and many more white towns which are unspoiled. MIjas is a definate must and Rhonda also for scenery and a off the beaten track place to visit. Much cheaper to eat out of town, Benus was very expensive to eat and drink out, but we did indulge on a few occasions. There are plenty of reccomendations of resaraunts available for you to read up on in the house. The pool area was always quiet and sun beds and space for the children to play everytime we visited ( which was pretty often), was clean and safe environment. Supermarket 5 min walk. Banus is fantastic to vidsit on an evening, so vibrant, and covers every need for families and couples.
We enjoyed it so much we are looking to book in 2010! Thanks Ian and Debbie!!!

We had a wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Ian and Debbie’s house.

We were 6 adults and found the house modern, comfortable and spacious.

It was quiet, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the complex. The short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and coffee shop was great for quiet days and there was easy access to Puerto Banus and the surrounding areas when we wanted to drive around.

Debbie and Ian’s correspondence was friendly and efficient and they provided loads of useful information.

We ate out a lot, but probably our best meal was at Casa Fernando in nearby San Pedro.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this house.

Fantastic holiday!

I stayed here in June 2010 with four other girls and we had a fantastic holiday. The house was beautifully decorated and of a very high quality. We were within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus and having a supermarket on site ment that a car was not necessary. The pool was always quiet and very picturesque. We spent a great week here and all of our expectations were far exceeded. Ian and Debbie were most helpful and informative and we look forward to returning in the near future!

Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this accommodation with our 2 young children (4 years and 1 year).

We are regular visitors to Puerto Banus and the location for us was perfect - it is a 5 minute drive from the town.

The house is furnished decorated to a high standard with all you would need for your holiday. It is very well maintained and nice and clean.

It has plenty of room and could easily accommodate 6 adults if necessary. It is in a quiet residential area with a 'Mercadona' supermarket on the complex for all your grocery shopping needs.

Being with 2 youngsters it is difficult to go to some of the up market restaurants but there are plenty of more family friendly ones around and about. Our favourites are the Pasta Cafe (also recommended by the owners Debbie and Ian) and Passion Cafe in nearby San Pedro. The Indian take away in Nueva Andalucia (not far from Pasta Cafe) is also recommended.

Nice days out can be had at the beach (Levante Beach just up from the port) is ideal for young children. Some of most enjoyable days out in the past been to Gibralter, Mijas and Rhonda (all 45 min to a hour away). Estepona has a nice beach and Orange Square in Old Marbella is lovely as well.


In terms of customer service, Debbie kept in regular contact with us from making our initial enquiry and sent us a wealth of information once we had booked. We did encounter one small problem whilst we were staying at the property but the owners were exceptionally concerned and helpful and did their up most to rectify the problem as soon as possible, so I would say the customer service was excellent.

All in all a very nice property, ideal location (although car recommended), highly recommended.

A wodnerful holiday

Myself, my husband and our two children (nine year old twins) had a fantastic ten day stay at this lovely home over the Easter holidays.

Debbie and Ian provided us with clear and concise instructions on how to get to the airport, where to collect the keys from and also how things worked in the house.

The house in beautifully furnished, very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher! Having Sky televison was a real bonus for our children and also for us so that we could keep up with events at home.

The house is in a lovely quiet complex which has it's own supermarket. We found the supermarket to be very reasonable and well stocked. The house has wonderful views of the mountains and it is lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise. The garden is a good size and it was nice to have sun loungers as well as a table and chairs.

We spent nearly every day at the pool. The pool is clean and is set in lovely surroundings, very peaceful and relaxing. It was great for our children to have a choice of inflatables kindly provided by Debbie and Ian. We felt the area was safe and the complex itself was well maintained and quiet.

Debbie and Ian have put a lot of thought into providing a fantastic holiday. They are nice, helpful people who have done a lot to make sure that people have a great time. Our children loved this holiday very much and are desperate to go back. We really could not recommend this holiday home highly enough. Thank you Debbie and Ian for a great time.
