This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house is situated in the quiet residential area of Bel Air, yet within easy driving distance of Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. The spacious lounge has been superbly furnished, has stereo and sky TV and air conditioning, with French doors leading onto a small private garden, which in turn leads directly onto mature communal gardens with large swimming pool. There are two roof terraces offering secluded sun bathing, with spectacular view over the gardens to the sea, and with panoramic views to the mountains. The numerous, safe beaches can easily be reached within a 5 minute drive, as can several excellent golf courses and a tennis club, and numerous restaurants and bars. For those wanting to self cater, there are two excellent supermarkets within easy walking distance offering fresh fish, meat and produce. The airport of Malaga is a 45 minute drive away. The brand new Selenza Spa Hotel with excellent facilities is a short stroll away.

The house is situated a few minutes drive from San Pedro which is a bustling Spanish town with excellent restaurants and seafront bars. Within easy driving is also Estepona, with one of Europes blue flag beaches, and an established port with excellent seafood restaurants. The mountain village of Benahavis is a ten minute drive away, with superb mountain views. The Mediterranean and excellent beaches are minutes drive away, with local restaurants actually on the beaches. This area is very well served with first class golf courses to suit every ability.
