Lovely villa with large, wonderful gardens and private pool in the exclusive neighbourhood of Elviria. This is for those who want to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet also wish to be close to beach & shops, as well as just 10 minutes to the town centre of Marbella. The large mature gardens with its private pool are all there to be enjoyed together with panoramic views of the coast & Mediterranean Sea. From the lounge you step into the 25 square metres of terraces. Large & modern kitchen, cosy lounge and spacious dining section. The villa has 4 bedrooms; one double bedroom on the upper floor, the other bedrooms are downstairs. 1 double, 1 twin and a single bedroom with a large single bed. From the villa you have about 5 minutes walk to both International & Spanish restaurants, shops, bars and supermarket and to the beach it is about a 15-20 minutes walk. Elviria is an extremely popular destination on the coast, with wonderful quality organisations, gorgeous sandy beaches and great selection of restaurants. It is home to the famous Nikki beach and several other more typically Spanish beach restaurants and bars. There are many wonderful golf courses to choose from within a 15 minute drive of Elviria as well as tennis and paddle clubs. At only 10 minutes drive from Marbella center, it's the ideal place to be for a luxurious holiday under the sun!

Please note that the weekly prices include the weekly and end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels as well as the electric. If you would like maid service more frequently we will be happy to provide you with that for a small extra charge. We want you to have a lovely holiday and will be pleased to provide you with services like, pick up from the airport using our driver, buying of breakfast pack or any other purchases you may want for your arrival, (flowers, champagne etc.) we also have baby cots and chairs should you want to rent, in short, we are here to make sure that your holiday will be a pleasant one and look forward to welcome you!
Please note that the prices quoted are for 4 persons, each person more than 4 pays 50 Euros more per week.
Quoted prices for low season excludes the Christmas- New Year and Easter season which are mid season prices. Please also contact us for monthly prices in low season if you are staying more than two months.
