This Villa is located on the 'Golden Mile', one km from Puerto Banus and two km from Marbella. A beautiful beach is within two minutes walking distance. The villa is beautifully furnished; all linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc. are supplied. The villa is air conditioned/heated. Satellite TV. As well as three in one music centre is also included. In the general area there is easy access to the beautiful Andulician Mountains, which are only a 10-minute drive away. Gibralter is a sixty-minute drive, and of course the North Coast of Africa is within easy sea reach. For the golf addict there are 30 to 40 golf courses nearby. There is an abundance of water sports, horse riding, para gliding, ab sailing, surfing and skiing. Manola Santana, a former Wimbledon Champion has a state of the art tennis academy......only ten minutes away.

The villa has its own Private Pool and is fully self-contained and is a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful beach ---there is a sea walk all the way to Marbella and to Puerto Banus in the other direction The area known as the golden mile lies on the coast road between Marbella and Puerto Banus. The fabulous shopping store of Court Englais has branches in both Puerto Banus and Marbella The beach is just 100m from the property and the Andalucian Mountain are just about 10 minutes away. Puerto Banus is a lively busy port where many of the rich and famous anchor their yachts and their cruisers; it has a very lively social life with lots of restaurants and nightclubs. There are about 40 golf clubs within a 30 mile radius and there are of course lots of maritime attractions including skiing, surfing, wind surfing etc.

Notes: The villa is fully furnished----bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a maid service provided once a week. There is also a solarium on the 3rd storey and a barbecue .As mentioned before the beach is just 100m away and is accessible by a tunnel under the road. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Regarding wheel chair access the downstairs is accessible and a bed could be set up in the lounge.

We stayed on the golden mile at the end sept 2009 & had a thoroughly brilliant time. The villa was immaculate & a pure home from home. Pre departure, Owen could not have been more helpful & the directions & recommendations were great help. No interference for the week, totally left to our ouwn devices and we availed of every minute of sunshine & of the large pool that accompanies the villa. Overall, this was a great holiday location and will most definitely be back next year.

Everything about my holiday was made simple and stress free from the word go. With fast response emails to queries and questions, to simple booking and transactions when booking was complete. This is a package holiday without having to go through an agent, with airport transfers recommended and provided too! The location is fantastic for those who want a taste of the nightlife, but go home to a peacfeful place at the end of the night. Myself and some friends (all in our 20's) had a fantastic two weeks, it was a home from home. The views from the house were amazing, and it catered for all our needs. With a BBQ, pool, english TV, and two bathrooms, us girlies had all we needed to enjoy our stay! It was clean, modern, and walking distance from the beach and the main town not far from that! With towels provided it meant extra luggage weight for our dresses and shoes, and a mini welcome basket to get us started for breakfast! We couldn't have asked for anything more, and are going back in May 2009! The weather was fab, and the neighbours were friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend this for families, or groups, couples or youngsters. It really does cater for all! And Owen was a great help with anything we needed! Thanks for a fab holiday, Amy & friends! X

A beautiful villa and well located for beach and town. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into this property to make us all feel at home and have a pleasant stay. The pool is well kept and on arrival you are met by Jose who gives you the keys and guides you through all the nessecities. I felt at ease with the owner during the transaction of monies for payment and he kept in touch and acknowledged all correspondance. A good choice and have already arranged a further visit for next year.

Very relaxing location, lovely home away from home

The villa was beautifully kept, and had everything we could need. We were four girls, two teenagers and two 'older' girls. The location was just right, fab beach within walking distance, great restaurant with great entertainment just across the road, a couple of very nice beach bars/restaurants nearby and a regular bus service into Puerto Banus, where the teens spent most of their evenings. It was a lovely quiet villa to hang out in when we were not in Puerto Banus. The pool was great and the local supermarket was only a few minutes drive away. Two of us ran along the fantastic beach promenade every morning. We spent a fantastic week there for a girlie holiday, we only wish that we had been able to stay longer, we would have loved to have had a second week.

what a great holiday

My family and i stayed in this villa in september.07 and we had a fantastic time,the villa was very clean and well looked after and the owner was very helpful and kind too.there was so much to do and the write up that we were given were true to their word,the beach was approx 3 mins from the villa through a subway that goes under the main road and there were restaurants in walking distance(5 mins),the shops are local too and the buses run frequently and are cheap also the taxis are very cheap too and very friendly.There was not one bad thing about our holiday as there is so many places to visit and the villa was so relaxing it was like being at home but with the added luxury of a private pool.I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants an excellent holiday.We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are returning in July.08 and cannot wait.The weather was amazing when we went in september we had one day of rain which only lasted about 2 hours max,but that did not stop us going out ,so i am hoping for the weather to be even better when we go in july.
