The property has a spacious sitting room/dining room area, large roof terrace with views of mountain and 2000 yr old Roman Villa ruin, off street secure parking, air conditioning/heating system, Sky satellite television, fully furnished with all bed linen and towels provided. The sandy beach, which runs, between Marbella and Puerto Banus is approximately one mile long. This is known as 'The Golden Mile', the ultimate location in Marbella. The villa is located on a quiet road of private villas, leading to the beach. There are not any other villas on the Golden MIle closer to Puerto Banus than the villas on this road. So in simple terms you cannot stay in a villa, on the Golden Mile and be any closer to Puerto Banus than this villa. Directly behind the villa is a Roman ruin. Their mosaics can be viewed from the villa's roof terrace. The ruin is kept locked except for rare pre arranged visits. It is a rather special feature. The beach is quite quiet with not too many people because the area is just off the main beach strip of Puerto Banus. It is unlikely you will ever be packed like sardines on the beach by this villa. There are several good beach bars which provide excellent Spanish and English food.

The villa driveway is entered through a large steel gate and the garden is bordered by an old thick hedge and stonewall. All of the downstairs windows have security grills. Cars can be parked on the driveway. The house, garden and driveway feel safe and secure. The total plot area is 470 m2
