You cannot be in a detached Villa on the Golden Mile and be any closer to Puerto Banus! The villa is surrounded by a mature private garden with a south facing private pool, sunbeds and a comfortable outside shaded seating area for relaxing or dining. There is a large 60 M2 roof terrace with sun all day, more sunbeds, views of La Concha Mountain and the sea. Inside, the villa benefits from a spacious open plan sitting room and dining area and a new kitchen 2012. Air conditioning is provided in all of the rooms. This villa has plenty of character and rustic charm. Located on an idyllic, no-through road leading directly to the beach thus ideal for children. All bed linen and towels are provided and a gardener / pool cleaner visit weekly. Marbella is minutes away by car/bus/taxi or 25 min walk along beach promenade.

A professional Management Company is on hand to take care of any needs that you might have. They also offer services such as baby sitting etc. The villa has a full air-conditioning/heating system. The villa is ideal for children being located in safe, quiet area with very little traffic (about 3 cars and hour driving very slowly).
