The villa has its own PRIVATE garden and POOL. This villa has plenty of character and rustic charm and is located on a quiet no-through road leading to the beach. It is ideal for children. Marbella is minutes away by car/taxi/bus. The property has a spacious sitting room/dining room area, large roof terrace with views of La Concha mountain and the sea, off street secure parking, air conditioning/heating system, Sky satellite television with films, fully furnished with all bed linen and towels provided. Gardener/ pool cleaner visit weekly. This private villa is in the ultimate location being just by the beach, Puerto Banus and on the famous Golden Mile.

The sandy beach, which runs, between Marbella and Puerto Banus is approximately one mile long. This is known as 'The Golden Mile' and is the ultimate location in Marbella. The villa is located on a quiet road of private villas, leading to the beach. This villa is the closest detached villa on the beach and the Golden Mile to Puerto Banus!! It is only apartments that are any closer. Directly behind the villa is a Roman heritage site. It is kept locked except for rare previously arranged visits. It is a rather special feature. The beach is quite quiet with not too many people because the area is just off the main beach strip of Puerto Banus. It is unlikely you will ever be packed like sardines on the beach by this villa. There are several good beach bars which provide excellent Spanish and English food.

Notes: The villa has one downstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin upstairs bedrooms plus bathroom, a folding cot, high chair and a folding child's bed are kept in a cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs toilet with washbasin. This makes a total of sleeping for EIGHT if the cot and child's bed are utilized, six if not. The villa driveway is entered through a large steel gate and the garden is bordered by an old thick hedge and stonewall. All of the downstairs windows have security grills. Cars can be parked on the driveway. The house, garden and driveway feel safe and secure. The total plot area is 470 m2
