'Villa Lisa' is located in a stylish residential beachside urbanisation called 'Las Chapas Playa'. The villa offers superior family holiday accommodation but it is also suitable for corporate groups, wedding party accommodation and other special functions. The gardens, terraces, pool and patios provide alfresco relaxation & dining. The living areas are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, dressing room & wardrobe area plus terrace access, is elegant. The two other bedrooms on the first floor have terraces & sea views. The second floor offers a 'loft' area - with two en-suite bedrooms & a small living area. There are fantasic sea views from one bedroom. All rooms on this level have individual A.C./heat units The basement level has the 'garage' area which also has an indoor games/TV room which can be used as an extra bedroom. Parking is accessed by electronic gate & garage doors. There is also a laundry room/shower& toilet on this level.

The areas 'Las Chapas Beach', El Rosario, Los Monteros & Elviria are established and residential. Close to the beach (200 metres) and the nearest shops are 500 metres away plus golf courses line the roadside. 7 km to Marbella, 20 Km to Furengirola, 35 minutes (by car) to Malaga airport; 40 minutes to Malaga city, 1 hour to Gibraltar, 1 and half hours to Tarifa; 15 minutes to Puerto Banus & inland, to the village of Ojen, takes 10 minutes. The hills & countryside behind 'Las Chapas' offer excellent walks & in Springtime wild flowers turn the area into a mass of colour. Wild sweet peas line the tracks & wild lavender, iris, orchids, periwinkle, clover plus numerous wild herbs & grasses appear.

Notes: The accommodation in 'Villa Lisa' is suitable for a large family or two families. We can be flexible for visitors as the villa has large sleeping & living areas which could be changed. We prefer non smokers but as the terraces are large visitors are requested to smoke ONLY on terraces/outside & they MUST use ashtrays provided. Pets would only be considered with a long term rental agreement. Weekly rental check-in/check-out days should be Saturday to Saturday in high season - this may be negotiable but my incur a 15% surcharge in July & August.

This villa is close to a tennis club where ther is a small health spa & a restaurant/bar, several golf courses are short drive away. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach (where there are bars & restaurants), a short walk to a local supermarket, a bakery with cafe, a newspaper shop and a good steak restaurant. There is also an indoor recreation area for young children within walking distance. Hairdryers are provided at the villa. Beach towels are also provided. Extra maid service is available - ask for a quote. Catering & food packs are available. Cots, high chairs, push chairs, babysitting services etc are all available - ask for rates.

For 2007 we now have BROADBAND for Internet users. This is included in the weekly price. Telephone use would have a large extra damage deposit requirement. Only upon personal application. A HOME CINEMA feature is available in the lower area / games room.
