This beautiful air conditioned beach side villa between San Pedro and Puerto Banus is located in a very quiet residential area within a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The beach is about 200 meters pleasant walk. The property is very safe for children being completely enclosed by walls, the pool measures 28 ft by 15 ft. There is an excellent barbecue and bar area in the garden and the area is nearly traffic free. Puerto Banus, the most fashionable marina on the Costa del Sol, is within twenty minutes walk by along the beachfront. Marbella centre is about five minutes by car. my family and i rented this villa in early september 08, as we were attending a wedding in San Pedro. We found the villa clean & comfortable, the garden was a bit smaller than it lokks on the photos but the pool was great. I feel it would not be suitable unless you are on a family holiday as the villa is in a residential area. Shops & restaurants are very near, as is the beach. The beach is not golden sands, so if you are looking for that the go else where. it had a small kitchen, but a great room upstairs with balconys. Overall a great value for money for a villa next to the beach.
