San Pedro de Alcantara holiday villa: Atalaya Park

Accomodation: ENTRANCE HALL leading to spacious LOUNGE/DINING ROOM with satellite TV, fully functional enclosed wood burning fireplace and double doors on to the SHADED TERRACE. MASTER BEDROOM has an ornate, Andalucian double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto to the TERRACE and GARDEN. TWO MORE BEDROOMS with twin beds in each room, share the SECOND BATHROOM. FOURTH BEDROOM with twin beds in a small room located next to the kitchen has a separate SHOWER ROOM. KITCHEN, which was completely transformed and re-equipped during January and February 2008. There is a door to an outside enclosed patio suitable for drying laundry.

Maid service and terms: Twice weekly maid service of the villa, together with pool and garden service is provided. The staff are employed all year round, the villa being kept in good order at all times. Baby-sitting and extra maid service is available at additional cost. Villa Annabel is thoroughly cleaned by maids before each new arrival of visitors. The change over day during the summer is usually Saturday with, departure by 11.00am. Where possible, special requests as to arrival and departure time are catered for. Please see separate page for weekly villa rates. Returnable security deposit of £500 required which is normally returned within 14 days of the keys being returned.
