This luxurious villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a tennis court, a good-sized heated swimming pool, fabulous gardens and a stunning interior. If you are looking for a well decorated prestigious villa then you have it here. All the bedrooms are very spacious and have high quality en-suite bathrooms, which are well designed and thought out. The house offers three lounge areas and a comfortable sitting corner around the fireplace, a cheerfully decorated parlor area and a very comfortable lounge area, which leads off from your own bar/reception area. The outdoor barbeque area has been built into the ground floor terrace area so you do not have far to go from the house. The terrace area has a good selection of relaxing chairs and sun loungers. One of the other bedrooms even has it's own domed ceiling. There is also ample secure parking in this villa. As you will appreciate, this villa is certainly well appointed for a wonderful holiday on the Costa del Sol

The villa is superbly located in the very affluent area of El Paraiso between Estepona and Marbella Both towns offer excellent facilities and great night life! The harbour at Puerto Banus is only a short drive or taxi journey away. Gibraltar is about 50 kms to the west where you can still find duty free shopping and even pay in Sterling! There are also numerous golf courses near by which offer top class services. This house is surrounded by large luxury villas. The property is secure and accessed by use of a remote control to open the gates. The villa overlooks a large golf course and has wonderful views of the sea. Sunset on the terrace with a cool drink is a wonderful end to a relaxing day!

Additional information about rental rates

  • When booking, we require a 30% deposit to be paid within seven days direct into either a UK or Spanish bank account. The final balance of the holiday must be paid six weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel your holiday then we will return any monies paid providing we are able to re-book the villa for the same period.
  • A child cot and high chair is available for hire at an extra 50 euros per week rental for the two.
    A 400 euro/£300 deposit is required and will be returned on your last day provided all there are no breakages etc that are put down to the fault of the guests. The price includes linen and towels being changed on a weekly basis, the heating of the pool (when necessary is €100 extra), air conditioning, etc. Except for the linen and towels, the villa must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state, (or we can arrange final cleaning for you at 150 euros will can be deducted from your deposit if you wish).

  • The first four bedrooms are all very large and spacious. They all have a good sized en suite bathroom with double sink and in many cases have both a bath and a seperate shower. The fifth bedroom is large and spacious and can be tailored to your requirements. You might have either a double bed or up to three single beds made up in this room. It has a shower room and WC outside, however, the room is not to the same standard as the other four bedrooms.

There is a full sized private tennis court with rackets provided for your use. The swimming pool is only heated during the cooler months and not during the summer months. Enjoyed the location, the gardens were amazing. The internal appliances in the vills need maintenance air con cooker etc. Pool heating required a phone call to.
