This lovely family villa has great views over the golf courses to the sea and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. The 4 x 9 meter heated pool is surrounded with many loungers for lazing the day away in the sun. . The terrace here also has a BBQ for your use. This house also benefits from a separate small casita (studio apartment) located at the far end of the pool. This is fully equipped with a twin bedroom, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc) and a bathroom with a separate shower. This could be an ideal place for either a nanny or extra family members to stay. The main villa has easy off road parking in the driveway for two or three cars. In the vicinity of the house, you will find the local beach, which is about a twenty-minute walk away. The shops, restaurants and bars are just a ten minutes stroll from the house. If you know the area, the El Paraiso hotel is near to this house. The main villa has a great kitchen, comfortable lounge and four good sized en suite bedrooms.

Notes to the rental rates

• When booking, we require a 30% deposit to be paid within seven days direct into either a UK or Spanish bank account. We can take credit card payments but only via Paypal. All Paypal payments are subject to a further 4% commission charge. The final balance of the holiday must be paid six weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel your holiday then we will return any monies paid providing we are able to re-book the villa for the same period.
  A child cot and high chair is available for hire at an extra 50 Euros per week rental for the two. A 300 Euro/£200 deposit is required and will be returned on your last day provided all there are no breakages etc that are put down to the fault of the guests. The price includes linen and towels being changed on a weekly basis, the heating of the pool (when necessary), air conditioning, etc. Except for the linen and towels, the villa must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state, (or we can arrange final cleaning for you at 150 Euros can be deducted)

Boat excursions

We are pleased to be able to offer boat excursions from Puerto Banus or Estepona marinas. These can be either via a sailboat for a gentle trip along the coast or to see the dolphins, or via a speedboat for a more exhilarating experience!
