Villa Casa Edel - Google Earth Co-ordinates, 36º 27' 55' North, 5º 02' 35' West, is situated in Jardines de Bel Air, close to San Pedro just off the coast road to Estepona and close to the prestigious Los Flamingos golf course and only minutes from El Paraiso, Monte Mayor and Atalaya golf. The nearby beach is at Costalita which you can walk to using the pedestrian bridge, about 500mtrs, or, just take the car and drive down beside Los Molinos Restaurant and you're on the beach at the ' Costalita Beach Club' . There is plenty of night life nearby and Benehavis - ' The Gourmet Capital of the Costa del Sol ' with it's many restaurants is less than 15 minutes drive. Visit the weekly street markets at Estepona, San Pedro or Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia for great bargains. Gibraltar is only 40 minutes by car for duty free shopping ( you need to take your passports ), or for the more adventurous you can take a day trip to Tangiers in Morrocco. Notes to the rental rates

  • Owner reserves the right to alter / amend prices at their discretion. A refundable, security deposit, of 450 euros, or 300 pounds sterling, is to be paid in cash on arrival, refundable in cash on your departure subject to no damages having occurred to the property, the decorations, furnishings, or fixtures and fittings.
    A 50% DEPOSIT - is required to secure your holiday booking, the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival. On receipt of your DEPOSIT, we email you directions from Malaga Airport to VILLA EDEL.
    We will greet you on your arrival WITH THE KEYS, COLLECT BALANCE and make sure that you are settled in OK.
    During your stay we are available to help if any problem should arise.
    Arrival should normally be after 2 p.m. and departure prior to 12 noon, to allow cleaners to prepare for change overs. However, these times can be flexible if there is no one arriving / departing on the same day.
    We can supply a welcome grocery shopping service = receipt at cost + 30 euros service ch
  • The cost for holidays of 10, 12, or 14 days are pro-rata to the weekly rates shown above.

Also, a travel cot is available and can be erected for you in the Master Bedroom, if required. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR NEED REFERENCE THE ABOVE ADDITIONAL BEDS WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING ENQUIRY.

The pool is in the centre of the communal gardens with lots of grass and shared by the couple dozen villas that are all privately owned in this select development at Jardines de Bel Air.
