Being part of a small development of just 15 individual apartments, the apartment has a unique feel. The apartment comprises of 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, compact fully fitted and equipped kitchenette/lounge with bed-settee. French windows open up to a small south-facing terrace with balcony overlooking the wonderfully quiet communal pool and grounds.

The apartment is less than 200 metres to the Burriana Beach, the most popular beach in Nerja with plenty of bars, restaurants, volleyball nets, diving and snorkeling facilities. The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja, is just a 15 minute stroll along a quiet residential thoroughfare or a 5 minute car ride.

    Cancellation of the Booking

    In case of a booking cancellation in which we can't rent the apartment to someone else, you must pay the following fees:

    a) 30 days before arrival 20% of the rental price.
    b) Between 30 and 7 days before arrival 50%.
    c) Less than 7 days, 100%.
