The apartment is located within the Urbanisation Residensol which is a small cluster of high quality and unique apartments in the Burriana Beach area, this being the most sought after residential area on the eastern side of Nerja. The apartment is less than 200 metres to the Burriana Beach, the most popular beach in Nerja with plenty of bars, restaurants, volleyball nets, diving and snorkeling facilities. The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja, is just a 15 minute stroll along a quiet residential thoroughfare or a 5 minute car ride.

Cancellation of the Booking
In case of a booking cancellation in which we can't rent the apartment to someone else, you must pay the following fees:
a) 30 days before arrival 20% of the rental price.
b) Between 30 and 7 days before arrival 50%.
c) Less than 7 days, 100%.
