The property is set in its own tropical garden where bougainvillea, jasmine and other exotic plants grow in abundance. This is NOT an apartment in a traditional apartment 'block' but simply one whole self contained floor of a beautiful house which is rarely occupied.

• ~ Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
  ~ All prices are fully inclusive of initial and end of rental cleaning and linen laundry. They also include water, electricity and maintenance.
  ~ Charges for rentals which extend into higher or lower priced periods will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
  ~ Cots and high chairs available at £24.00 per week each.
  ~ Please ask us for a special quotation for rentals of 6 weeks or more.
  
• 50% deposit payable upon booking with the balance due 28 days prior to booked arrival date.

The Accommodation...

The apartment is the lower floor of a private house built into the hillside with spectacular views over the sea to the south and the Sierra Almijara mountains to the north. The property is set in its own tropical garden where bougainvillea, jasmine and other exotic plants grow in abundance. This is NOT an apartment in a traditional apartment 'block' but simply one whole self contained floor of a beautiful house which is rarely occupied. The apartment comprises one twin bedded bedroom, a large open plan living/dining area, kitchen and full bathroom. The sofa converts into an ample double bed.

The Location...

45 Minutes from Malaga's international airport and 1.5 hours from Granada airport (Ryanair). A car is not essential here at The Garden Apartment unless any of our guests have mobility difficulties. We can arrange for a taxi to meet arriving guests at Malaga Airport and return them at the end of their stay. The apartment is ideally located just 5 minutes stroll from Nerja's Burriana Beach where as well as the waterside restaurants and bars, you will find a wonderful grocery / convenience shop open every day. Huge range of items available including daily papers and freshly baked bread. The centre of Nerja is a pleasant and quiet 12 - 15 minute stroll away or a few minutes by car. There is free and unrestricted parking outside the apartment.

Nerja...

Nerja is essentially a Spanish village, with a kind and friendly community who will welcome you on every visit. Stroll through the narrow white-washed streets and you will discover interesting court-yards, colourful shops and local people simply sitting in the sun this is the typical Nerja atmosphere, unhurried and relaxed. You will find the magnificent Balcon de Europa stretching out into the shimmering Mediterranean. This splendid area paved with marble and with an avenue of palm trees is the centre of activity for many of the local festivals, or is an ideal place just to meet friends at one of the pavement cafes. You will find a never ending choice of restaurants and traditional Tapas bars with delicious food and friendly service. Or, you may prefer to try one of the typically Andalusian beach restaurants where you can enjoy anything from freshly grilled sardines (a local speciality!) to Spain's finest Paella, having just watched it being freshly prepared over a wood fire!
