Excellently located holiday home close to the Parador, 2 minutes from the beach and an interesting 5 minute stroll to the town centre, passing many shops and restaurants before you arrive at the beautiful Balcon de Europa which is an ideal spot to sit and watch the world go by. This holiday home has been lovingly refurbished throughout with two bedrooms, plus sofa bed in the lounge, on the third floor of a well maintained block with stunning views from the west facing private balcony across the roof gardens of Nerja to the sea and mountains. New fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, combi-microwave, gas hob etc. New bathroom containing shower, WC, washing machine. Comfortable lounge with CD player with MP3 port, digital TV (all your English channels + radio). There is a well kept communal garden and pool, including children's pool. The apartment is fully equipped with towels and bedlinen. We can arrange taxi transfer from the airport and a welcome pack of groceries for you

The apartment is ideally located close to the Parador, a two minute walk from Playa Carabeo and a pleasant five minute stroll through the quiet streets lined with interesting shops and bars will get you to the beautiful Balcon de Europa, the centre of town. The apartment is also close to the bus stops where you could cheaply travel to the world famous Caves of Nerja (well worth a visit) just out of town, or the lovely village of Frigiliana, 3km away. Close to the apartment are supermarkets, greengrocers and bakeries, supplying all you need if you don't want to eat out at the any of the nearby restaurants which cater for all tastes.
