Situated in the pretty town of Nerja, with the sea mountains shops and restaurants all in walking distance, located on a private residential development with large communal pool with ample sunbathing areas and no-fee sun-loungers, a well appointed villa apartment with two bedrooms, open plan living dining and kitchen area with walk through windows to secluded terrace and small garden area, wet room shower with wash hand basin and separate toilet. Fully equipped including washing machine, microwave oven, main cooker, toaster, radio cassette CD player, DVD player, hairdryer, bar-b-q, sun-loungers. Air conditioning/heating in the lounge area, free standing fans in bedrooms. Residents swimming pool a minutes walk away, during the main summer months occupiers of the apartment have the exclusive use of a private secluded swimming pool located at the side of the villa with sundeck, additional sun loungers and patio area with chairs and table. Available if required, cot, high-chair etc

Swim and Ski: During the winter months you can swim in the Mediterranean in the morning and ski in the afternoon. Granada and the Sierra Nevada are only an hour and a half away.

Walking: The Sierra Almijara is on you doorstep with great walking and the associated flora and fauna.

Culture and Spain: Ideally located for trips to Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz or the wonderful and often overlooked city of Malaga. Morroco for an overnight trip is even possible

The description of the house was accurate. Location was good. Walking distance to town and beach – if you like to walk. We took the car – but it is very easy to park in town (parking house) and if you go to the beach before 11.30 (july).
The property was nice. Good private pool with a nice view – you can see the sea from the pool. Excellent if you want to cool of or take a little swim. If you want a bigger pool – you can walk for a minute to a nice big and communal pool.
The neighbourhood was nice, all small Spanish houses/apartments painted white and a quiet area as well. No big noisy road, no disco in the area.
If you travel with small children or if you are elderly – mind the steps.
Good customer service from the owner, who also is very helpful with information.
Nerja town is a very nice town. The town is charming, not as big as the other tourist areas you find around Malaga. We loved the town and will absolutely go there again some time. Many restaurants – we tried a lot and were only disappointed once.
We visited Malaga (fantastic shopping street area), Gibraltar – tax-free shopping and monkeys, Alhambra – wonderful, The Caves of Nerja – must see! There are a lot of small villages in the mountains behind Nerja and you can always find a restaurant on the side of the road.
Well, I would recommend it to my friends, but if you are used to high profile vacation – the house will be to small and ordinary - but the area will suit you. If you are an average family – you will find the house attractive.
