A convenient sunny studio on the fourth floor of a friendly residential block with balcony views to the sea, extremely sunny terrace with sea and mountain views, use of communal pool and gardens in the summer. Situated conveniently 5 min from the beautiful beaches of Nerja, shops and restaurants. The studio has 2 single beds and a comfortable fold out sprung bed for child or teen. There is washing machine, fridge and T.V. The studio also has a DVD player and free view TV with English channels. The studio is most suitable for a single person, single parent, couple or a couple with one child although care should be taken on the balcony. Sheets and towels are provided by the owners agency and keys can be picked up by arrangement with owner, The apartment is only a 50 min drive from Malaga airport or by bus or taxi and Nerja is a great place to relax or to travel to other parts of Southern Spain.There are plenty of parking spaces on the road outside the apartment and nearby also.

Location: Nerja Town in Spain

Car: not necessary
The location is a pleasant town in the Andalucia region close to the beach with mountain views and close to the main route to Malaga and surrounding areas including Granada. There are many pleasant coves and beaches and also the possibility for walks in the nearby countryside. The famous Nerja caves are within easy distance. There are many shops and restaurants and a market on Tuesdays.

Lovely quiet studio in lovely quiet Nerja

Really enjoyed our stay in this nice quiet studio, in a nice quiet residential block which is away from the street. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach or old town, Everything you could want in the studio, facility or gadget wise for a perfect break. Would definitely use again.

The title says it all really. If you only want a place to sleep and don't want to stay in, I thoroughly recommend this place. Think of it as a lovely big hotel room with a kitchen and no maids banging on the door!!!

Quiet block in a fantastic location - and this is from someone who 'prefers' the Carabeo/Parador area of town.

I'd certainly stay there again.

Would not recommend if you do have kids - couples/pairs only I'd say - it would be a real squeeze with the extra bed made up.
