The apartment is in the town centre, yet in a quiet position. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa. All amenities are within minutes, a choice of beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Situated on the 4th floor, lift service. Consisting one bedroom with twin beds, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen with microwave, fridge, gas cooker, washing machine, plug -in fan and heater. Private balcony for sunny breakfasts. During summer months the private community pool and gardens are open with a life-guard in attendance. There is a roof terrace for more serious sunbathing. Private parking area for the apartment, but a car is not essential, as the apartment is so centrally located. Free to air satellite T.V DVD and CD player. Weighing scales to check your baggage.

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Malaga at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 25 Metres

Approximately 60 klms. east of Malaga city and airport, Nerja, originally a fishing village retains much of its charm, with quaint narrow streets and few high rise buildings. The town; embraced by the Mediterranean and Almijara mountains is reputed to enjoy the finest climate in Europe with sheltered winters and sunny summers. The Balcon de Europa reaches out to sea with superb views along the rugged coastline and beaches Torrecilla, Calahonda and Burriana. Nerja has an excellent selection of restaurants and bars offering reasonably priced food from many countries of the world. It is the perfect centre for touring the Costa del Sol area. The Alhambra palace and Granada ski resort are within 2 hours drive; Seville and Cordoba are within driving distance. Nerja's spectacular caves are 3klms. from the town. Locally, the lovely white villages of Frigiliana and Competa are of interest.

A perfect holiday apartment

I stayed here for two weeks with my girlfriend, the location is excellent being only a few minutes away from both the beaches and the town centre where all the bars and restaurants are.

It also has a nice little balcony to catch the morning sun on, and you can still watch most of the digital English channels on TV.

Definitely a bargain holiday getaway.
