Miami 17 is a superior 6th floor apartment with stunning balcony views of the sea and mountains. It is well situated in the Parador area of Nerja, five minutes walk from the popular Burriana beach and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The block has its own lift, swimming pool, sunbathing garden and private parking. The Balcon de Europa (town centre) is a pleasant 20 minutes walk through the picturesque old town in the east of Nerja.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ACCEPTED, FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AT THIS HEIGHT.

The bedrooms, lounge and dining room accommodate up to four people. Sky Free to air TV is available (BBC, ITV, BBC Radio, CNN, Sky News etc.) with a new flatscreen TV. The balcony with superb coastline and mountain views is fitted with a fully opening glass enclosure with electric blinds and so can be enjoyed all year. A patio table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining. Plastic sun loungers with cushions, and canvas sunbeds are available.

There is free car parking for residents but a car is not essential.

The apartment is ideally suitable for discerning people who appreciate the high quality linen provided.

The apartment is cleaned before arrival. A space heater is available when necessary and there is an electric fan for summer.

Edificio Miami has a resident portero (caretaker).

Our managing agent lives nearby.

Nerja is a quieter town suitable for a relaxing holiday, but not for nightclubbing.

Excellent apartment, can't beat that view!

We are a couple in our 20s and we spent a week in this apartment last Summer. We really enjoyed it, the apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, tidy and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. But the real selling point is the balcony with the stunning sea view. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and Nerja is a great area to go on holiday.

The best view in Nerja!

There is no better word for this apartment than excellent, we spent there almost two weeks and we never got bored with the absolutely amazing view from the balcony. I think that the view is actually better than from the Balcon de Europa. Moreover, Nerja is fantastic too, if you are thinking about choosing a town close to Malaga, definitely pick Nerja. It is far superior than the other towns in the area, even Marbella. The other great thing in line is the excellent communication with the owner of the apartment, Eric, who even though lives in the opposite side of Europe from me, was always helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly and everything worked out as agreed.
So I strongly recommend this apartment for everyone who is looking for a calm and authentic vacation in Andalucia.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

HIDDEN JEWEL OF NERJA

Great apartment, five minute walk to Burriana beach and a short stroll to Balcon De Europa through the narrow streets of authentic Nerja. This spacious two bedroom apartment was clean and well-maintained with a really spanish feel. The kitchen was just like home and had every item you could possibly imagine, nice touches like fresh butter, milk and water provided when we arrived late at night. The apartment offers amazing sea views and panoramic views of the mountains. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone. Prefect for any group of individuals. Can't wait to return to Nerja as locals are very friendly, beaches beautiful and surrounding areas are awaiting to be discovered.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

room with a view!!

Definately the highlight of the property - the balcony view is stunning. (although I have to say I think the balcony rail should be 6" higher!!)
The apartment is very well equipped -good kitchen and two very adequate bedrooms. Living area is 'compact' and therefore full use of the balcony (which can be fully enclosed by double glazed doors if you need) is essential. It best suits a couple or family of say 2 adults and 1 or 2 older children. It was clean and tidy and generally served our purposes very well. A good position if you want to be on the fringe of the town rather than in the thick of it - 15 minute walk to all the action and only 5-10 mins to the Burriana Beach
The actual apartment block is not particularly inspiring and a bit out of keeping with the surroundings, and generally could do with some brightening up. Pool and surrounding area is good and well maintained. Car parking is a useful bonus and access to/from the main road is good.
We had a good week there and would use it again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
