Long and short term villa rental all year round on small private complex with 2 pools and gardens, and close to all amenities, mountain views, beaches, sea views, golf, walks, caves, water sports, horse riding. Ski resorts one and a half hours away in Granada. With just a short walk of 10 mins to the town and main beach there are some 400 restaurants and bars to enjoy amongst the little cobbled streets. Pretty white villages scattered on the back drop of a picturesque mountain range just a few minutes away. Once an small fishing village, Nerja, on the Costa del Sol, also sits in part of the Costa Tropical, 40 minutes from Malaga and in an area called Axarqia. The 3 bed apartment has a large roof terrace with fabulous views and also a large lounge terrace for BBQs and sunbathing. The 2 bedroom apartment has a comfortable ground floor terrace. Both have Digibox TV, Sterio/Radio/CD players, DVD, washine machines, microwaves, toasters and electric kettles, The 3 bed also has a dishwasher

No 74 is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with family bathroom. American kitchen with all facilities including washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, 4 plate hob and oven. Lounge has comfortable and well appointed furniture with Sat TV, DVD, Sterio/Radio/CD player. Doors from lounge lead to a private patio with table and 4 chairs plus 2 loungers and BBQ. The apartment is very cool in the summer and is fitted with good fans if needed.

6 Beaches within 20 minutes walk, natural parks on the slopes of the mountain backdrop and one of the most visited attractions in Spain - the caves of Nerja. Within 15 minutes drive you have good golf and shops of Eroski, Dunns and Velez Malaga. Also Herradura, Marina del Est, Frigiliana. Wonderful mountain walks, climbing or horse riding and locally all water sports, gymnasium, tennis. A water park is just 15 minutes away by car but public transport is plentiful and cheap and regular runs to the airport throughout the day. Granada with the stunning Alhambra Palace and Cathedral is a must for visitors and of course only 90 minutes from one of the best ski slopes in Europe on the Sierra Nevada. Be on the slopes in the morning and the beaches in the afternoon. Fantastic scenery, whitewashed villages, river bed walks and stunning mountain to sea views all along the coast form Malaga to Mottril in the east. The famous Balcon de Europ is a people watching paradise with entertainment daily.

A great apartment that was both well furnished and had everything a family of six needed for a relaxing holiday. It was clean and comfortable and being able to sit on the balcony and watch the children frolick in the pool was an added advantage.
A car is recommended as there are plenty of sights to see. We even ventured to the water park at Torre del Mare which made a change to the beach and pool. The kids loved it; spending all day on the waterslides in complete safety.
There are plenty of restaurants in Nerja to suit all budgets.
Woud love to go back again and thoroughly recommend the accomadation.
