Spacious first floor apartment with a large south west facing terrace with sun from midday until sunset. Terrace furnished with table and chairs, sun-lounger’s & overhead adjustable sun blinds. Tastefully furnished accommodation comprises: One master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe with safe & patio doors leading to the terrace. Two twin bedrooms, the larger having a fitted wardrobe, the smaller having a free standing unit. Second family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedside tables and lamps. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with full oven, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. The comfortable living area with patio doors opening onto the sun terrace has chair, two large sofas & is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD/cassette player, free standing fans, a dining area with table & six chairs. Extras include, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc

Pueblo Mediterraneo is located in eastern Nerja, approximately 400m from Burriana Beach, on Calle Velez Malaga. The apartment is located on the first floor, with views of the swimming pool, and across to the town. Burriana Beach has many restaurants, bars, beach shops, and a supermarket. A fifteen minute walk brings you to the town with its bustling bars, restaurants, banks, shopping areas and other beaches. The famous caves of Nerja are on the outskirts of town and Granada is just over an hours drive away. Just behind Nerja are the foothills of the Sierra Almijara Natural park with excellent walking opportunities. Picturesque villages nearby include Frigiliana and Torrox Pueblo.
