This beautifully appointed apartment is situated in a quiet residential area on the favored east side of Nerja. It is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and 13 minutes walk to the Balcon d'Europa in the town center. It is on the top floor, with all the accommodation on one level with good access for both wheelchairs and prams (lift available). Inside the apartment there are 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin)and we can also offer a roll away bed and travel cot/playpen. There is a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge/dining area there is Free sat Sky TV ( note this means that the free to view channels are available, BBC, FIVE ETC.) *and DVD player. Balcony approx. 21' x 7'facing south-westerly achieving all-day and evening sun. Outside there is a large communal swimming pool, adjacent to a smaller children pool. * note re TV reception, occasionally reception is weakened late in the season and in the early evening. Normally its fine though.

  • NOTE NOTE AS OF February 2009 RENTAL RATES FOR SEPTEMBER 2009 HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO JUST £350 ( 315 euro) PER WEEK......TAKE AN OFF SEASON BREAK IN SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER...WHEN THE SUN IS STILL BLAZING IN NERJA....ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT RENTALS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS 2009/NEW YEAR 2009 AT GREAT VALUE RATES.....Also note that for rentals of four weeks or more, we will offer a discount. Please call for more details.
    Rates vary depending on whether the rental period is High, Low or Mid season. A full detailed rate breakdown is available on request if they are not clearly listed on this site.
  • A deposit is required with each booking - and full payment is required four weeks in advance of the let (where possible)
    Please note special rates are offered from time to time so please email for up to date prices.
    Rates for May 5th to and June 24th are just £350 per week Rates from July 1st 2009 until September 16th are £450 per week (7 nights)
    Christmas Rates are £400 per week up to the New Year. Discounts are available for long term /monthly rental

Nerja Town: Nerja is approximately 35 miles east of Malaga airport, with motorway access to within 1 mile of the town centre. With it's narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings, Nerja lies in the foothills of the Almijara mountains and offers a more relaxed atmosphere than that found in the larger resorts along the Costa del Sol. The famous 'Balcon de Europa', in the centre of town, is surrounded by many restaurants, shops and bars. Nerja is not just a summer resort as its unique Andalusian charm and climate are retained all year round. Nerja's main beach is Burriana Beach. Here you can watch the local fisherman land their catch of sardines and anchovy or simply lie back and soak up the atmosphere under your own palm-fringed umbrella. Burriana Beach also offers some of the best restaurants on the Costa including 'Ayos', famous for his paella. Nerja is also just a few kilometres from the inland town of Frigiliana a very popular and interesting place for visitors.

Local Interest: Nerja caves are a fascinating and extensive network of underground caverns with some of the biggest stalactites in the world! Within the caves there is an auditorium, complete with stage, where the annual music and arts festival takes place. Christmas holiday time is a particular favourite for tourists visiting Nerja as the town puts on an impressive New Year Celebration at the Balcon d'Europe.
