Maisonette in Nerja area, located in El Capistrano Village, one of the most beautiful and exclusive urbanisations on the Costa del Sol. The maisonette has double bedroom, twin bedroom, open plan kitchenette with washing machine, bathroom with shower, toilet, bright lounge-dining room with cable TV, leading to a splendid terrace which has the sun all day, with views of the sea and communal pools. It is just at 2 minute walk to all amenities, like bar, restaurant, mini-market, cash dispenser, public telephones, laundry, local bus stop, etc. From our office-reception, NERJA VILLAS, a 3 minute walk, we take care and give personal attention to all our customers. We are open all year round, from 9 to 14 and from 16 to 20 hours. Outside of these times a mobile telephone number is provided in case of delay of arrival. The reservations can be made for any day of the week; a great advantage for flight arrangements.. Please contact us for our website address.

Quiet and nice apartment located in San Juan de Capistrano, a little bit further up El Capistrano Village, comprising of double bed bedroom, twin beds bedroom, bathroom , brand new kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher , lounge-dining room with cable TV, double size terrace with probably the best sea and coastline views in the whole Nerja area - 180º of uninterrupted views and it has sun from sunrise to sunset. Furthermore, there are communal facilities such as swimming pools, restaurant, bar, mini-market, gardens, bus service to Nerja and to the beach, telephone service, etc., a two minute walk from the apartment. The car may be parked just below the terrace..

El Capistrano Village is, possibly, one of the most beautiful Urbanisations of the whole Costa del Sol. It is located in a privileged area just 800 meters from Nerja town, comprising of villas and maisonettes in typical Andalusian style, surrounded by gardens and various swimmimg pools with warm, transparent water, amongst which there are children's pools. Nearby are tennins courts, internet access. The centre of Nerja is just at 20 minutes stroll away, or 5 minutes by bus. From our office-reception , located in the commercial centre, we provide services such as money exchange, excursions, safe deposit boxes, taxi service, car hire, tourist information in general, etc. Nerja is a pretty friendly town bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, with fabulous beaches, especially Burriana beach , which is overlooked by the famous Balcony of Europe, with great day and night life. Not far from Nerja the Nerja Caves are located and at a 10 minute drive, the rural village of Frigiliana.

  • Price includes electricity , linen and bathromm towels ( two sets per person). A change of linen and cleaning is provided mid-way through 10 and/or 14 nights stay.
    A deposit of 150 euros is required to hold the reservation. The outstanding balance to be settled on arrival, the day after or during the stay, in our office-reception, NERJA VILLAS, located in El Capistrano, open all year round, from which we welcome our customers, accompany them to the accommodations and take care of them during their stay.
  • SPECIAL SERVICE :
    Should the stay be of 10 and/or 14 nights, we provide free Málaga Airport Taxi collection service on arrival and departure, or equivalent discount (100 euros) if taxi service is not required.
