Notes to the rental rates

  • Easter is £525 per week; Xmas & New Year are £450 per week.
    A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. At that time, a returnable 'breakages deposit' of £150 will be required.
    If you require a taxi from the airport I can arrange this for you and the prices are as follows:
    Taxi (suitable for 4 people plus luggage) available from Malaga at 75 euros each way
    People carrier (suitable for 5 people plus luggage) available from Malaga at 85 euros each way.
    People carrier (suitable for 6 people plus luggage) available from Malaga at 105 euros each way.
  • Linen and towels provided but NOT beach towels, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available at an extra cost of £20 per week for both.
  • We try to be flexible to individual requirements, However in the summer preference is given to Saturday arrivals and departures. Accommodation is available from 4.00pm on date of arrival, and needs to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

We can arrange a taxi, MPV or minibus (most with air conditioning) to and from Malaga airport.

Skiing Information:

The Penthouse is within one and a half hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the sun at Bel Air late afternoon!. Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. The Anoreta and Baviera Golf Courses are 20 minutes drive away from Nerja.
