5 Las Flores is a spacious, modern, house fully equipped for 6 people to holiday in comfort. The house set out over three floors with the entrance at top level through security gates, with intercom. There is a rooftop sun deck with fabulous views. The lounge/dining area has a balcony also furnished for dining. The kitchen has all mod cons. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite. On second level, two bedrooms one with twin beds one with double ,with balcony off main bedroom. The lower level is set out as a suite with twin beds, lounge furniture television for use with games dvd player and cd system. There is large bathroom with corner bath and shower . This suite is ideal for teenagers /grandparents needing extra space. There is also a large terrace leading to pool area from this level.

The house is situated on a quiet roadway about 300 mts. from the Burriana beach with its terrific selection of eateries and bars. This is now a 'Blue Flag ‘beach. The Town centre with its famous, (Balcon de Europa) is approx. 15mins walking, 5 mins driving. The surrounding area is attractive and quiet and there are a mix of residential and holiday properties. The house is within easy reach of supermarket, tennis centre, and Nerja Caves. The surrounding villages of Maro, Frigliana and La Herradura, with beautiful Marina del Este, are all well worth visiting and the views through Cerro Gordo towards La Herradura are not to be missed. Hiring a car is a worth while investment.

The suite at lower level has an area for relaxing with two sofas coffee table and tv for playing games and dvd player. We can supply travel cot for babies under 2 years free of charge .

Notes:

The washing machine is situated in a special housing on the rooftop. There are sun lounger’s on the roof deck (the sun is on roof deck from rising until sunset) as well as at pool level. On the roof level there is a large dining table to seat six, great for alfresco dining, an aperitif, or a romantic glass of wine before retiring for the evening. There is a lovely shaded patio area at the entrance door, ideal for children when it gets too hot it has a small table and chairs. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and two in the suite. There are electric heaters for the very few cooler evenings in winter. All our properties are managed by Linda and Melanie Hogarth of Hogarth Villa Management . We are delighted to say that this ensures that the house is presented and maintained to a high standard at all times for our guests.

The house at Las Flores is perfect for a base to enjoy some winter sports in the Snow village in the Sierra Nevadas, or to play on the golf courses at Anoreta, Baviera, and Salobrena. Within easy reach of Granada thanks to the partial completion of the new motorway a wonderful day of sightseeing and shopping is possible, but booking for the Alhambra in advance is advised. It is now possible to fly to Granada from certain UK airports with some of the low cost airlines and drive to the coast, this journey takes approx. 1 hour 15 mins as the airport is to the South of Granada & the scenery is quite beautiful. The climate around Nerja often makes it possible to swim in the Med. one day and ski in the Sierras the next.

Golfing enthusiasts have a choice of a number of golf courses, all within 30 minutes drive of Nerja. The following courses are now available Baviera at Velez Malaga, Anoreta near Rincon de la Victria, Salobrena near Almunecar
