The property is set within the centre of El Capistrano Village. The property is the top 2 floors of our Andalucian town house. The property sleeps 4-6. Recently renovated to a very high standard. The top floor of the property consists of 2 double Full en-suite Bedrooms , master bedroom with king size bed & separate south facing terrace with sea & mountain views , the other bedroom with double bed (both bedrooms have Cable TV). The living area is open plan with large lounge (with double sofa bed), dining area & brand new fully equipped kitchen consisting of fridge/freezer, full oven & hob, microwave. The lounge opens up through French doors onto a large south facing sea view terrace with dinning area for 6. In the lounge there is a TV with cable channels, DVD, Video & CD/radio. There is also an under stair cloakroom on this level. The village has 3 large swimming pools, 2 paddling pools, restaurant, bar & supermarket, laundry, cash point & bus service

El Capistrano Village lies on the outskirt of the beautiful Andalucian town of Nerja. Nerja offers various beaches of which the most popular Burriana Beach is 0.5 KM away from El Capistrano Village. Kayak and diving facilities can be found on the Burriana beach front aswel as the usual pedal boats. There are numerous restaurants from the simple to the more sophisticated within Nerja and the surrounding area. The Almijara National Park lies directly behind El Capistrano and offers splendid walks for all levels. Nerja's famous caves are close by and well worth a visit. Baviera Golf course is a 15 minute drive with Anoreta golf course 30 minutes away.

  • We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 pounds per week payable within the 1st week of booking to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. On arrival we also require a bond of £100 pounds refundable on day of departure providing NO damage other than normal wear and tear occurs.
