This home is part of a small quiet gated community, designed in typical Andalusian style, set in tropical gardens with an outdoor swimming pool, which is open all year round. It comprises an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room elegantly combining dining and living areas which lead to a private terrace, ideal for dining al fresco or sunbathing. There is a downstairs toilet with wash hand basin located off the entrance hall. Upstairs the accommodation comprises of two bedrooms & a bathroom. The main bedroom has a large 5ft double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table, 2 lockers, a chair and a small balcony. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a built in wardrobe, a locker, chest of drawers & a small balcony. A fold up bed is also available. The bathroom has a large shower area, toilet, wash hand basin & storage press. It does not have a bath. Baby equipment, such as baby bath, travel cot and high chair are available, on request.

Nerja is a small town with extremely beautiful natural scenery, surrounded by mountains & beaches. It can easily be explored by strolling through the narrow winding streets, where you will discover interesting shops, restaurants, bars & small areas shaded by orange trees & pagodas where you can rest and watch the world go by. It is an ideal location to explore the old white villages & the renowned pre-historic Nerja caves. Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace & the Sierra Nevada Mountains where one can ski from December to March is less than a 2 hour drive. Day trips to Gibraltar, Cordoba, Seville and Morocco are possible from here. In the nearby countryside one can see traditional farming methods in use, including carts drawn by bullocks and farmers on the backs of mules with their fresh fruit & vegetables. This area boasts at having the best all year round climate in Europe, with very pleasant winters.

Ideal location: This home is located in Bajamar 2, Calle Ramon y Cajal, about 150 metres from the Parador Hotel which is well signposted once you arrive in Nerja. The house is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of the town, which has remained virtually untouched with it's narrow streets, leading to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, which is the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found. Burriana Beach is approx 10 mins walk away,where you will also find a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Entertainment/activities: There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away. The tennis court at the Parador Hotel is open to the public. Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular Tuesday market, there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away, called El Ingenio. Here you can get almost everything, under one roof. Nearby, there is a water park which opens during summer months. Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here. Should you be interested in a beachfront apartment, have a look at property no. 407338 - it is located in a truly delightful setting on El Penoncillo Beach, Torrox Costa - 10 min from Nerja.

Very confortable and cool. Pretty Location. Nice quiet pool. And handy for Burriana and Town. Sky and internet a must for teenagers!
Owner's Response: Great that you had a nice break. Many of my guests appreciate being able to use the internet as it can be very expensive and time consuming going to internet cafes every day. Also being able to make free phone calls is an added bonus. The Sky satellite system allows people to keep in touch with world events.

just returned,had a lovely time in villa,very clean and had everything you would need,the welcome pack was very well appreciated as arrived at midnight.have been to nerja 4 times now and this has been the best villa we have stayed in with 2 teenagers.the location is perfect as you are far enough away from all the noise but near to beach and town.the pool and grounds are beautifull and just right to relax in.would reccomend this villa as a perfect holiday.thanks very much.john.

We had a very good time and would recommend this property very highly. The townhouse was very well maintained and furnished. The landlords, who were in the area when we stayed there, were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, even giving us a lift to the bus station when we were leaving. The house is in a quiet residential area but is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, etc. All in all, a very good holiday home in a very pleasant resort.

Well equiped spacious & clean apartment with good sized balcony and excellent pool.
Good location close to the beach and town.
This was our first time in Nerja which we would highly recommend for family holidays.

a perfect holiday house

We (a family with three sons of 7, 9 and 11 years old) had a very pleasant stay in this holiday house. The house is not big but just big enough for a family. The location is perfect: a very quite area, only a few minutes walk from the beach and from the center of the town, parking space in front of the appartment. The house was clean and well maintained. Our kids very much enjoyed the swimming pool, while we stayed in the beautiful garden. The house has a wireless Internet connection. The owner was around all week and can help if anything is wrong, but is not disturbing you. All in all we would strongly recommend this house.
Owner's Response: Delighted that you enjoyed your stay. This week I have got new furniture for my living room - two recliner arm chairs and a large sofa bed which will further add to the comfort of my guests
