This lovely villa is furnished to very high standard for owners use and is in a small exclusive development on the sought after eastern side of Nerja. With delightful gardens, swimming pool, private parking, wonderful views of the sea and mountains this is the ideal spot for your holiday. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. The double bedroom balcony has great views of the sea and Nerja. There is a very comfortable living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The patio doors open onto a large terrace with sun awning and private walled garden and the garden gate gives access to the beautiful communal gardens and communal pool. For sun worshippers there is a rooftop solarium with views over Nerja and the sea. Although within walking distance of Burriana Beach, Nerja centre and local facilities the villa is in a quiet residential area and we think it is probably among the best accommodation in town with everything you need for a wonderful holiday!

It is often said that Nerja is the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol.There are endless places to explore if you can tear yourself away from a cold drink on the terrace! Flanked to the east by dramatic mountains, Nerja has remained charmingly unspoilt and the old town is virtually unchanged with winding cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. Burriana beach has plenty of watersports, there are local tennis courts and golf is just a 15 minute drive as are waterparks. Nerja Caves are very famous and just a stone's throw away. You must visit Frigiliana, one of the famous 'white villages' of Andalusia or drive back to Malaga for great shopping and sightseeing. Drive to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace or ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains just 90 mins away. This area of Spain is unsurpassed in historical and cultural richness. Having been ruled by the Moors for longer than anywhere else in Spain, this has left its mark on the language, customs and culture of this unique region.
