Nerja ' The jewel in the crown':
Nerja is a Spanish town which has kept much of its old world charm. Best descibed as an up market holiday resort with excellent restaurants, lavish boutiques and superb surroundings, the town is always buzzing.
Nerja is situated at the foot of the Sierra Almijara mountains, this not only provides spectacular views but creates a 'micro climate' for the town - when Marbella is overcast, Nerja is probably sunny.
The town has escaped over-development and unlike its' nearby neighbours to the West most buildings are 'low rise'. The land surrrounding the town is very much agricultural with avocados, pomegranates and oranges growing everwhere.
Nerja is easily accessible by car and the new motorway allows you to reach Malaga in 30 minutes.
Why holiday at 'Oasis de Capistrano':
Having spent many a holiday along the Costa del Sol, we have finally found a place which exceeds our expectations. The facilities are excellent, the gardens superb and the estate is maintained to a very high standard.
As parents of three children, we know it essential that your holiday destination fulfils their expectations as well as your own. With three lovely pools, poolside snack bar, pool tables and loads of safe play areas there is plenty for them to enjoy - happy children make happy parents!
The new restaurant within the Oasis is renowned for its large starters and quality European dishes, there is also entertainment three nights a week in season - Spanish dancers, cabaret etc.
The properties on the Oasis are mainly owned by British, many of whom spend time here especially during the winter months as the weather is so good, this gives the development a real community feel.as everyone is friendly and helpful.
