Notes to the rental rates

• Rates based on an occupancy of 4 No persons. a supplement of £35 ppw (Age 2-12), £60 ppw (Age 12 ), (Age 2 under free). Winter rates are based on 2 people sharing. Additional persons during the winter period £20 ppw. Discounts are given for bookings of 3 or more weeks. Long winter lets are available upon enquiry. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday in high season. all other times we can offer some flexibility
  
• Oasis de Capistrano is a much sought after location within the Nerja area, largely due to its traditional pueblo style development and superbly maintained gardens. Situated on the edge of town it offers easy access to the town centre via foot or bus, whilst offering relaxation for all of the family. Oasis is served by two lovely pools, set in a secure gardens, offering a secure environment for your children whilst you relax in the sun. With the construction of the new motorway now extending beyond Nerja the route between Malaga and Nerja has never been easier to negotiate. Moreover, Nerja boasts one of the best climates in Europe, regularly experiencing in excess of 320 days of sunshine a year. In addition, the area has an abundance of activities, some within walking distance such as diving, walking, horse riding. Other attractions are little further afield, but easily achievable by car such Gibralter approx 3 hrs (Duty Free shopping / Apes), Granada approx 2 hrs.(Alhambra Palace / Skiing), Nerja Caves 3 km, Marina Del Este 22 km.
