Family Pueblo villa in a quiet, pretty complex

This delightful pueblo villa is set in picturesque surroundings and is an ideal base for relaxing in the sun. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The complex is one mile from town and is peaceful and safe for children. There are delightful well tended gardens, a super shared pool and a splash pool for toddlers. There is a smart restaurant and a snack bar on the complex serving a variety of food and drinks most days.

Nerja is an old fishing town approximately one hours drive east of Malaga. There is an enjoyable village atmosphere and most developments have been kept 'low-rise'. There is a quaint walkway along the coastline to guide you past isolated coves and inlets. Restaurants and bars of all nationalities are in abundance. The weather is excellent with hot sun in summer and pleasant temperatures in winter. Nearby are the incredible Nerja caves and the splendid Alhambra Palace is less than two hours away.

This is a 2 bedroom pueblo villa situated in the delightful Oasis Village. Walk in through the locking wrought iron gate to the pretty private garden which is very well looked after and offers a profusion of colour and greenery. The lounge is of good size with a feature fireplace and has a T.V connected to Satellite via cable receiving many English channels. The double French doors open onto the patio. There is a dining table and chairs and the kitchen is open plan. It is newly fitted with white units and has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and electric kettle. There is coin operated air conditioning/heating in this room. Only 1 Euros for 6 hours for air con and 1 Euros for 4 hours of heat!

The first bedroom has two single beds and is of very good size. It has fitted wardrobes, drawers and the window looks onto the communal gardens. This room also has coin operated air conditioning/heating. The second bedroom is also of good size with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and double French windows leading onto the patio. This room has a new fully tiled ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. The bathroom is very pleasant with a fitted vanity unit, shower with screen, wash hand basin and w.c. It has recently been refurbished and tiled. The hall cupboard houses a washing machine. Outside there is a good size patio offering both sun and shade and a large patio table and chairs. The beautifully tended garden has sun loungers, and a twin seated sofa with table for you to enjoy sipping your cool drink while soaking up the sun.
