This charming 3 bedroomed house has been well maintained in the traditional Andalucian style. Casa Noreen has a spacious living room and dining room, which both open out onto a large terrace. From here, some steps lead down to the walled garden, which has a gate leading directly to the swimming pools. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, both leading out on to a second terrace with magnificent views of Capistrano Village and the sea. The third twin bedroom , with ensuite bathroom is reached from the garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning and one also has a ceiling fan, ensuring a comfortable stay in the hot summer months. The upstairs bathroom has a double basin and both this and the ensuite have baths with overhead showers. There is also a separate WC downstairs. The house is particularly well equipped for young children, having a cot and high chair, as well as stair gates.

Casa Noreen:

The villa has three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom. The third bedroom with bathroom is reached from the charming garden. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the third bedroom has also an overhead fan. There is a hall, cloakroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A spacious dining room and a good sized sitting room open onto the terrace.

Nerja:

The typical old Spanish town of Nerja is about 20 minutes away on foot. Nerja is a small busy little fishing town where there is a delightful selection of shops and boutiques selling groceries, jewellry and inexspensive leatherware. There is a very good choice of all types of restaurants which run from small family run restaurants to the best haute cuisine.

Activities:

There are two beautiful swimming pools in El Capistrano as well as a small supermarket, restaurant and money exchange. There is a tennis club at the entrance of the village about five minutes walk from the villa. There are plenty of watersports on the Burriana Beach and other delightful beaches nearby where one can also snorkel. There are two golf courses Anoreta and Los Moriscos about 30 minutes drive away. There is skiing in Sol y Nieve about two hours drive away and sightseeing in fabulous Granada only one and a half hours away.
