THE HOUSE is on 2 levels: Steps up to entrance level: Lounge/dining area with fire place, Cable TV with BBC, ITV, SKY Movies and Sports, Scandinavian and other foreign channels etc., CD-hi-fi and DVD player, leading out to terrace with table and chairs, steps down to small garden, barbeque. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Iron and ironing board is supplied, air conditioned/heated double bedroom en-suite (refurbished) built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror. Staircase down to garden level: 1 air conditioned/heated double bedroom leading out to the garden and a further bedroom with bunk beds, 1 refurbished shower room, with washing machine, accessed from the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the double bedroom has a chest of drawers with mirror. All rooms also have ceiling fans to cool you down during the hot months and portable electric heaters during the winter months

EL CAPISTRANO VILLAGE, approx. 1.5 km to the main Burriana Beach and Nerja centre, is set in the most magnificent communal gardens and has 2 large swimming pool areas with bar/food service, paddling pool for younger children. There is 24 hour security in El Capistrano village and the facilities include: reception with car hire, excursions, bank machine, safety dep. boxes for hire, babysitting service etc. Restaurant and bar (inside and outside patio overlooking one of the pool areas). Cave bar with happy hour. Supermarket. Library. Tennis. Large supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Many restaurants, bars and sports bars only a few minutes walk from El Capistrano Village, Nerja lodge hotel with entertainment very close by.

The complex in which this penthouse apartment is situated is so pretty and well kept.
There are windy little streets and lots of white washed houses with beautiful planting in the communal garden areas.
The apartment is quite basic but has everything you need and is well situated between Nerja town, the beach and the main motorway to the other nearby spanish resorts.
There is a small but rather expensive supermarket on the complex but a much bigger and more reasonably priced one about a minutes drive away in the car.
The beach is about 3 or 4 minutes drive away and you can see the sea from the little balcony on the aprtment.
The beach has wonderful facilities and is extremely beautiful. When we went in late September in was not crowded at all.
Nerja is a very pretty town just over 5 mins drive away. There are lots of nice restaurants and shops and the town square with it's promenade is particularly quaint.
This is a place to stay if you want a tranquil break, the nightlife is relaxed but welcoming.
Because the beach is so wonderful this would also be a great place for families.
